Nothing that stands out

The facilities are amazing, the gym is superb, the breakfast very good, very comfortable hotel. Location is also good, if you want to stay at Porto Madero. Famous restaurant night club in front.

The service was not that good. The staff really wasn't the best for the price and hotel chain. Only one employee was really nice to us. The concierge at night was ok but during the day we asked for directions for the zoo and they kept saying the opening time without listening to us. We wanted to know about a zoo that is outside Buenos Aires and they didn't even mention it, we went to the wrong zoo, and we found out it wasn't the one we were looking for... They charge for everything. I was with a bunch of girlfriends and we asked for glasses of champagne to drink and they charged the glasses, we already had the bottle but we had to pay for it and pay for the ice!! Couldn't believe. Also, I thought it was very rude a sign in the water filter at the gym saying ONLY FOR GYM USERS - I left the pool passed in front of it - what's the problem if I want to drink a glass of water?? They didn't replace the toilette paper in my room, didn't replace the napkins. When we checked in we asked if collect calls to Brazil were charged and they said it wasn't, but at the check-out they charged the pulse for collect calls... They should have told us that. Nice hotel, but rude in every way.

Charged Room Wifi signal disconnected every 5 minutes (received refund) a/c in lobby extremely cold Disco next door didn't let me rest with high volume music the whole night until 7am (no refund on this one)

The location is very safe and there are many restaurants where you can walk to

Most of the staff is the rudest we have ever experienced. There are not helpful at all and act like you are disturbing their day when you ask something.

Perhaps the best location in Buenos Aries, rooms are good size, clean, good bed, desk and chair.

The bedrooms are very good. The pool and the gym are excelent. The location is perfect.

The reception and concierge staff doesn't help you when you need. They are not polite and doesn't do much for you.

The check out time was extended for 3 hours more wich allowed us to recover properly after 15 hours trip.

A taxi was booked and organised to pick us up from the international airport but it never turned up even tough it was organised days previous to our arrival, we waited for more than 1 hour, then the hotel staff intended to charged this service.

expensive and slow internet (it is unbelievable that some hotels in this class, still charge for internet, let alone the fact that you also have to pay for a slow connection!)

Very centrally located. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Large, busy lobby. Big rooms, comfortable beds. A great respite from a long journey.

Excellent position, especially if your room has a view over Puerto Madero and the Casa Rosada.

The Hilton staff was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I must especially emphasize the help I got from Charles at the Concierge desk to contact my bank in the United States when I had lost a bank card. He was extremely patient and understanding. The entire staff is to be commended for all that they did for us, including arrangements for a late (3 P.M.) checkout at no additional charge when our departure from the city didn't take place until the evening of our checkout. They may not be able to do that for every one in all cases, but I'm extremely grateful for the effort they went to for us. Proximity to banks, shops and restaurants in Puerto Madero is excellent, and a wonderful restaurant with amazing steaks, Campo de Asadores, is in the adjacent building.

The central lobby seems like it should be for everyone staying at the hotel, because in many cases guests must wait for other guests or for transportation to arrive. However, the restaurant in the Hilton lobby insists that those sitting there must order food or drink or leave. Perhaps this is more the restaurant's issue than Hilton'S.

El lobby

No hay mozos en la cafetería. En la heladera de la habitación sólo se dispone de una botella de agua. Faltan elementos básicos de higiene personal. El spa cuenta con pocos servicios.

Me gusto el servicio y el diseño . Tb tiene un desayuno y un lunch muy bueno si estas en las habitaciones ejecutivas

La ubicación y el dormitorio

La falta de claridad en cuanto al costo y la inclusión del desayuno(mi reserva no incluia desayuno pero no estaba especificado tan solo decia sin comidas). El frigobar vacío, el sistema de compras por paquetes no me gustó.La atención al igual que la infraestructura me pareció muy fría

Gostei da localização junto ao Puerto Madero, da segurança. Hotel muito bonito e espaço excelente nos quartos. O hall de entrada é imponente. Vc consegue ir caminhando a Casa Rosada, a Galeria PAcifico e se gosta de caminhar, irá até o Obelisco também, muito fácil acesso e também próximo do Aeroparque.

O valor pago foi diferente do combinado, a wi fi do hotel é muito ruim, cai toda hora e não consegue utilizar (o pior é que eles sabem disso pois reclamei e o atendente disse que já sabia, mas não arrumam) e um hotel assim deveria dispor deste serviço gratis e não cobrando o valor que cobram. O café não estava incluido na diária, mas tem cafeterias ótimas e bem mais em conta ao lado e em frente ao hotel, não se preocupe.
