Very close to Puerto Madero, secure area

Wide variety for breakfast, Close to the shopping area Florida Street. Staff spoke some English. Room was spacious and clean.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and clean but a bit small.

The room with a Queen size bed could have been a bit larger. It needed some more square footage to make it perfect.

The area to have brakfast was clean, neat and relaxing, food was really good. Crew at the front desk was kind. Room was clean

There was no chance to keep the towel for more than one day, I just think of the unnecesarry time, water and soap for washing one time used towels. There could be a notice asking that if you would like to get replaced, plase leave it into the bathtub. Also, the guard at the entrance was usually seated at the back without giving even a smile, so no one to welcome you which is very important when you are exhausted from the flight Sorry but I have to say that the wall paper was terrible, it looked old and fated. That gives a no clean aspect to the room, even though it is just the colour. Thank you

Good location, excellent view of rooms looking West (to the sunrise).

No minibar in the rooms, very bad (free) wi fi, simple breakfast, quite expensive.

Friendly staff, clean and functional room, complementary Internet worked well. Late checkout (2pm). Proximity of restaurants and small shops.

Room on 3rd floor was quite dark; on the first morning I thought it was still night (when the sun was up). Area did not feel completely safe at night.

Hotel bem express ligacoes locais gratuita internet de boa qualidade. Cafe da manha bom para padroes argentinos

Quarto que janela nao abrem. Falta circulacao de ar no ambiente. Ar central mesmo funcao cool e colocando 17 graus quarto ficava em 23-24 graus. Falta frigobar muito dificil tomar agua quente no quarto clima estava 32 graus.

localização excelente, funcionários sempre solícitos e eficientes, conforto do quarto, ar condicionado excelente, silencioso, com bom isolamento acústico, bom café-da-manñhã, podendo, contudo, melhorar no que tange a diversidade de pães e de frios; cama e lençois excelentes.

Ausência de frigobar no quarto, cortina do box, podia ser um box de vidro. Poderia ter piso não de carpete, para melhor limpeza. A água para o café solúvel estava sempre morna.

Entendo que o Hotel poderia fazer câmbio de moedas em dólares, reais e euros. Hoje fazem somente em dólares.

Buen hotel, muy bien ubicado. Piezas cómodas y buen convenio con radio taxis para el evento en Ciudad del Plata que fuimos a ver.

Não é em Puerto Madero e sim em Retiro, não é longe dos restaurantes de P. M., você nâo deve andar pelas ruas 'a noite, escuro e abandonado

Tudo no hotel era muito bom, o atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, sempre muito prestativos e atenciosos, café da manhã bom, tudo bem conservado e funcionando completamente.Recomendo a todos.

Na parte da banheira deveria ter um box, pois, na hora do banho o chão molha todo. Mesmo assim recomendo.
