Excellent stuff.

Only good hotel close to Ezeiza airport, fantastic for connections or overnight sleep, only 5 minutes from the airport. Rooms are fine, good bed, flat tv, nice bathroom

After 11pm, no good room service, just kind of "bread and butter"

I had to stay overnight I. Buenos aires close to the airport and this hotel was in a very convenient location close to it .the place is clean and comfortable and basically you've got all the services In the hotel .The rooms ate comfortable and spacious the staff gentle .they arranged a good taxi service the morning after ,really early ,that took me to the airport.

The issue that changing money it was a problem and I had a to discuss with someone at the front desk to get some cash .I presume is more a policy from the country rather than a policy in this hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is not exactly good in relation with the Prices since dishes are too simple .

The location and the attention everything is very very good 100% recommendable

This hotel is in an excellent location near to buenos aires ezeiza airport. Pool and spa are excellent. I was on standby at the airport so was necessary for me to stay in between flights. Hotel was excellent including room service. It is new the rooms are very comfortable and staff friendly. The free shuttle is regular and provides a good service to the airport.

Great if you need to be near the airport but otherwise I wouldn't part with this much cash - v expensive for what it is.

Lovely hotel!!! My husband and I truly needed a rest between flights and it was just the right hotel for us! It's extremely convenient, 5 minutes away from Ezeiza airport. We just wish we could have stayed more! Lovely experience.

We arrive for stay just 1 night, and the transfer shuttle was very good the services the staff everything was excellent

The only thing that I think they can improve is the shuttle from ant to the airport 24 hours.

Nice rooms, clean and designed. All - as expected from Holiday Inn with this money. The transfer back/to the airport was for free.

We were waiting 30 minutes for our free transfer. Hotel was about 10km away from airport. Free transfer works only for limited hours, not for early morning flights. The pool and spa facilities were on repair, found it out only in the hotel, not before. Beeing on "wild" trip for 2 weeks, I was expecting to rest for toonight - failed. The restorant is good in food, prices, but seriously luck of good trained staff, speaks at least basic English and with good attitude.

Is very near to the airport, so it was very handy to me , comfortable y good restaurant, but it is not the best for city trip due to it is far for the centre of BA

I asked to be waken up at 5.30 am and they forgot. I asked what time the transfer started to the airport, and they said 6.00 am (and I have an email with this answer) and when I arrived they said it started at 7.00, as well as breakfast, so I had to pay the transfer and couldn´t get breakfast. I called to reception to get help with the luggage as I am pregnant and travelling alone with a 2 year old, and nobody answered for 10 minutes. I had to do it by myself. I asked for a taxi with baby seats and I was told that no remises or taxis give that service in Argentina, which is not true.

I like the good services, and is comfortable

It was really close to the airport. It was clean and neat and the staff very helpful. The included breakfast was excellent!

The internet is awful. It is only available on two couches in the lounge area. Also the restaurants are ok, but not great. The big restaurant is a huge barbeque place with HUGE servings of meat. Unfortunately, the meat was very tough.

Really nice place with excellent decor. We transferred over after we arrived at our original place and were very happy. Will be staying again returning from our trip to Africa.

It was hard to figure out the big restaurant menu. We could see the food was wonderful but had trouble ordering the correct thing. We mixed that by asking people what they were eating and they happily pointed it out on the menu for us. Really looking forward to our next dinner there.

It's very close to the international airport Ezeiza. There is a bar for snacks etc. and a restaurant with a wide range of dishes. Hotel is modern with a nice choice of materials.

The guy in the parking lot was a real lazy snob and acted more as if he was the boss instead of providing a good service and customer friendly attitude! He should be the first one leaving the premises.

I didn't like the fact that they couldn't let us use the spa because their was only half an hour to go. Although the staff was super fantastic and explained politely the situation :)

I had one night layover in BA and wanted to stay near the airport. For my purpose the location of the hotel was perfect. This hotel is quite, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of my best experiences. The restaurant attached to the hotel has awesome atmospher and steak.
