nice little apartment and location to do your own thing. secure and trendy. able to speak english because my spanish was not the best when i first arrived. breakfast served on the top floor and had great views.

one of the receptionists was a little cold, but the other was very nice.

Of being out of the hotel. It was a dreadful experience. Pics do not tell the truth about the hotel infrastructure.

Fire the receptionists, put down the building.

Plenty of living area for relaxing as bed was upstairs in loft area. Great rooftrop swimming pool and jacuzzi. Local restaurants on doorstep are excellent value. Easy to get taxi into centre. Free internet was a bonus. Continental breakfast delivered to your door was fine - yoghurt, fresh fruit, juice and bread to toast with jams etc.. We have stayed on two occasions and will choose here again.

Noise could be an issue for some people as traffic and the train can be loud at all hours of the day and night. However, we are talking Buenos Aires city here not suburbia so the level of noise was reasonable....if you are a light sleeper would recommend ear plugs.

Felt like one's own apartment, Breakfast pleasantly served. Staff very good and courteous as a whole. Very interesting city views (not so beautiful since Palermo is an old warehouse district being gentrified)

Too noisy. Train nearby at all hours of early am and night; there is very little insulation; perhaps reflecting poor constr. Neighbors could be heard yelling next door like a college dorm (sports watching). Too far away from central B.A. We had to rush out prematurely so we could finally get some sleep at a more expensive but superbly quiet place in Puerto Madero. We really had difficulty resti

Le faltó poder disfrutar de la TV en la cama. Había que trasladar el plasma de la planta baja al entrepiso.

No quarto em que ficquei havia vazamento no box e o ralo estava com mau cheiro mas isso não estragou nem um pouco a estadia muito boa.

Excellent comme emplacement, les chambres sont tres confortables et le cartier des des meilleurs de buenos aires. Je le recommande fortement

J'ai eu une chambre de catégorie inférieure a celle reservee, le receptionniste a essaye de me faire admettre qu'il va faire un "effort" sur le prix, j'ai pu obtenir un discount mais ca reste insuffisant. Tenez bon pour avoir la suite commandee. Si c'est une suite palermo que vous avez reserve, il faut exiger cette suite.
