This was the perfect hotel to see polo. The Palermo BA field is 15 minutes away walking, or a short cab ride, and the lofts allow you to entertain afterwards. Our room was very nice, and comfortable and the breakfast room was very light and airy. The hotel staff helped us with all of our requests, and the pool deck was a perfect way to unwind. he pool wasn't heated, so it was a little chilly on entry. No problem in the hot Summer for most. The neighborhood is also being revitalized, and may not be suitable for some--however, Palermo Hollywood area has so many fabulous new restaurants, we simply overlooked the construction efforts/needs. |

Very spacious room & excellent, very helpful staff. Location is also good with several bars/ restaurants & shopping close by. City attractions are slightly distant (15-30 min by taxi) but taxis are cheap and easily available. Our flight landed at 9am, but hotel check-in is only at 3pm. We got the room slightly earlier but still has to wait 3-4 hrs before we got it. |

Spacious, clean room. Good breakfast. Nice rooftop pool area. From other reviews we were concerned about train noise, however, this was not an issue for us. All rooms were smoking and we found the smell noticeable. Some of the staff were good whilst others were indifferent. Shower over bath but could not help flooding the bathroom. Noise from building site opposite annoying early in the morning. |

the room was excellent, it is not like a normal hotel but more like a great appartment and home base to discover Buenos Aires or just to relax. The breakfast is great, sitting on the 21st floor looking out over the city. The road and railway track are close by and form a bit of noise during morning rush hour. In the morning we woke up because of that. It was also cold in the room during the night(winter in BA!). However, the excellent service and condition of the room made us forget this. |

nice little apartment and location to do your own thing. secure and trendy. able to speak english because my spanish was not the best when i first arrived. breakfast served on the top floor and had great views. one of the receptionists was a little cold, but the other was very nice. |

Helpfull and friendly staff The hotel is next to a railway line and busy road. ITS impossible to get a good nigghts sleep. I tried to cancel my booking but was not able to due to being prepaid and the hotel not willing to refund. |

comfortable loft style apartment. well equipped kitchen. comfortable bed. good restaurants in neighborhood. great city views from high floors. great balcony. was like an apartment not a hotel room. staff was friendly and helpful but seemed untrained. buffet breakfast was fair at best. location is not for tourists, better for BA residents. building is a combination of hotel and apartments. TV is not visible from bed. No english speaking news channels. next to busy railway line which is as noisy as an airport! we could hear the leevator bell ringing all day and all night. |

Of being out of the hotel. It was a dreadful experience. Pics do not tell the truth about the hotel infrastructure. Fire the receptionists, put down the building. |

Cool suite with big balcony. Different and located in a great neighbourhood in BA. The noise from the street and the train!!! It was like sleeping in the middle of a freeway. No sound isolation whatsoever. I had to switch hotels after just one night because I hardly slept at all. |

Plenty of living area for relaxing as bed was upstairs in loft area. Great rooftrop swimming pool and jacuzzi. Local restaurants on doorstep are excellent value. Easy to get taxi into centre. Free internet was a bonus. Continental breakfast delivered to your door was fine - yoghurt, fresh fruit, juice and bread to toast with jams etc.. We have stayed on two occasions and will choose here again. Noise could be an issue for some people as traffic and the train can be loud at all hours of the day and night. However, we are talking Buenos Aires city here not suburbia so the level of noise was reasonable....if you are a light sleeper would recommend ear plugs. |

Gostei de duas coisas: a cama do hotel e do momento em que fui embora. Quase tudo me desagradou no hotel. Primeiro, os atendentes da recepção não mal preparados e ineficientes. Victória, p. ex., era grossa, arrogante e imprestável. Meu banheiro toda vez que tomava banho, literalmente, alagava o quarto. Depois que pedi providências, a manutenção o "consertou" e ele passou a alagar apenas o banheiro; e não mais o quarto todo. O café da manhã péssimo, com pouquíssimas opções, pães e frutas de pouca qualidade - com aparência de velhos; café ruim; sem ovos mexidos; suco só de laranja e de caixa. O sofá do quarto também era bem desagradável com sua sensação de sujeira, além de apresentar diversas manchas. Ainda tinha o barulho do trem o tempo todo - alto e constante. |

Super! Wonderful new hotel. Great trendy room, super roof terrace and good breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. Sometimes a little bit noisy from outside (cars and train) but after 1 night I didnt notice anymore |

Schöne Architektur und schöne Möbel. Ausserdem gibt es im ganzen Hotel überall Wi-Fi und das ohne irgendwelche Zuschläge oder Passwörter. |

Quarto agradável, café da manhã bom. O barulho que faz o trem que passa ao lado é terrível, isso nos fez dormir mal. Além disso a localizaçao é mais adequada para aqueles que querem ficar em Palermo Hollywood, pois nao dá para ir a pé para o Soho que é um pouco longe. |

Muy linda la recepcion. El estilo en general de los lofts es muy moderno. Comodos y amplios No es apto para ir con chicos. Peligroso el espacio donde esta la cama. Te molesta el ruido del tren que pasa permanentemente |
