Staff were great-special thanks to Bruno who could not do enough to help. Huge room, super comfy bed, good restaurant.

Steep and litter strewn walk up to the hostel.

Stayed here after returning from an Antarctica trip for only one night. Hotel was clean, breakfast was ok but not included. Staff were very helpful in assisting with confirming onward flights and making our stay a pleasant experience

Lovely two-room apartment, very spacious, free tea and coffee in the small kitchen but only microwave available for cooking so don't plan on preparing main meals here but a helpful addition for snacks and to warm food. Great intermet too, very friendly staff.

Having a kettle and microwave was marvelous!!! It meant we could make a cuppa first thing in the morning and cook our own evening meal, which after travelling and eating out for 3 weeks was bliss! The place was also really safe and only 4 blocks from main street in Ushuaia.

Everything at breakfast was sweet, i.e. the cereal, some bread, jelly(!) but this is normal in S.America.There was the traditional ham and cheese, but it would've been nice to have a non-sweetened cereal, or even Porridge!! (Maybe that's just a UK treat!)

The gardens are well attended and pretty. The apartment is spacious and clean and have microwave and tea and coffee making facilities which are lacking in most Argentinian hotels.

Spacious apartment consisting of room incl. kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom, clean, comcortable bed, functional wifi.

location seems to be ok from the city center on the map, it is only 4 blocks from San Martin street, but actually very steep climb. Be prepared for daily exercise;-)

Up off the main street meaning it was nice and quiet. Friendly staff, we didn't have the breakfast though so can't comment. The rooms were tidy, nothing flash but did the job and the heating was much appreciated!! Good value for money.

Location, a bit away from the tourist district and port, but close enough to be convenient. Convenient to the maritime museum (former prison). Restaurant serves decent lunch and dinner as well as included breakfast.

Although the price seemed a bit high compared to Argentine cost-of-living, one must be mindful of the extremely short peak season. Considering that, the price seemed fair.

Nice apartment for a stay over while waiting for the cruise.

Well located just 4 blocks from the Main Street but on the hilly part of the town. Anyway, can always take a taxi.

    Amazing restaurant Ok location

Price Gouging. They jacked our room price for an additional night from $75 to $130!!. Walk up hill might be difficult for some. Rooms smelt like toilet disinfectant.

Staffs are friendly and nice. Room is clean and comfort, though the walk from city center is uphill. Not hotel's fault.

    Everything in Ushuaia gets expensive!

The staff were very nice and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our experience! The hotel is located some blocks away from the port and main street, but it's a nice walk.

One staff member who was giving us advice on tours did not speak English very well. I speak Spanish, but he insisted on speaking English and it was very confusing. Also, he was unsure of the tours he was recommending since he was new to Ushuaia. Would have been easier to go to the tourist office for info. Lastly, the safe did not work and instead of fixing it as promised, they removed it from the room and never returned it. Nothing that ruined the trip, just things they can improve on!
