The staff is awesome, the front desk lady (forgot her name) was super nice, always ready to help. The rooms are very decent, always clean. The location of the hostel is another great thing, in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires, perfect for a first time visit, which was my case.
Very clean and tidy! The employees were very nice and helpfull even though i didnt speak spanish they gave their best to understand and help me
Hard to find the entrance, as there is no sign (or at least i didnt see it...)
Location is in what might be called a gritty area but is very convenient for many things and was the main reason for choosing. Everything was kept very clean. Lovely little patio area at the back. Wifi in the common parts and most rooms was very fast.
The person who I dealt with most ( as dictated by the reception shift patterns) did not have very good English, although I understand this is being addressed. I was slightly unlucky in that my room - possibly uniquely - had only patchy wifi and no secure storage. As I was checked out I learned that I could have had secure storage locker put into the room but was not offered that previously which, as the lovely lady on reception said, was unfortunate. She was very apologetic about the issue.
I booked female only dorm and it was confirmed, but when I got there. The guy told me there´s no place for me and I had to switch to a single room. The condition wasn´t very good at all.
