Fantastic pool,huge communal lounge,pool tables,free-to-use computers,spacious dormitory,on-site cafe,poolside bar service.Hard to believe this is a hostel.
was like a nughtmare there for me
There is an amazing pool and the common area is very spacious. The free breakfast is pretty good and the cafeteria is convenient. There is a pool table and table tennis table. For the price, it is a very convenient spot from which to visit the Iguazu National Park.
The shared toilet in the dorm didn´t look clean and was constantly leaking fluid onto the floor, and there was a filthy muddy rag which was not cleared. The airconditioner in our room was broken and made a very loud sound all night without cooling the room. A fan would have been better. There was an electricity blackout while we were there. Some of the shared computers in the common area were broken.
Food was great value with multiple options. Convenient to bus stop 50 pesos to Iguassu Falls.
Big pool opened up to 1am
Dirty kitchen. Air condition did not work. Unhelpful reception staff. WIFI almost never worked. Reserved double-bed. Received 2-single bed. Food expensive and bad quality Wanted to ask delivery, they "lost" the number so we had to eat in the hostel (which is in middle of no where)
First room we get was very dirty - badroom was not cleaned! After changing room it was better but not realy clean. Stuff very unpolite and lazy.
Very slow Internet.
Close to ice bar
Bed bugs, bathroom, air conditioner
Location is between the city and Iguazu Nat'l Park..there's a bus station in front of hostel to both locations and plenty of cabs in the vicinity
1) Ambiance of hostel was so much lamer than I remember it from 5 years ago. I did go during peak season, at the end of December, so maybe it's passed its heydays 2) the wifi never worked the two days we were there 3) The restaurant had such a poor menu they shouldn't even offer it. All in all, I would definitely not be returning to Hostel Inn if I come again to Iguazu.
The pool is great, obviously. It is easy to catch the bus to the falls from there.
Breakfast does not deserve the name. I stayed in a dorm for one night only, in House C. The facilities were run down and the mattress was probably very old. I had the impression that the facilities in the main house were much better and cleaner though.
Spacious hostel, good air conditioning in our room. Pool (although water was very warm). Grounds well kept. Hostel on the way to Argentinian side of Falls. 50P bus to falls (one way) 50P taxi into town (one way) - good food in town! But had to have the spaghetti from the hostel 'restaurant' which was ok.
Terrible wifi, Only available in reception - sometimes... Breakfast was below avaerage (but that's standard in Argentina from my experience). Sheets for bed were tiny and didn't tick under the mattress and mattress was gross. CASH ONLY
The pool was nice.
Very neglected room, the lockers smell bad, very few sockets, the door's wood was impaired. Unpleasant room.
I was there for a couple of days. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is comfortable and it is well maintained.
they should improve the breakfast menu. They only have Coffee / Tea and bread.
I thought the hostel was too big which made it hard to meet people. The wifi was terrible, the bathrooms were disgusting, and it's located far from town center.
Was the best hostel where I have ever been!!! Great facility :)
Dirty (everything), stained/ripped bedding & towels, took 2 days to get towels from staff, no hot water in private bath, ripped window screens, loud techno music at bar till 3am (impossible to sleep), kitchen not equipped and ants crawling on counters
Very good location. Frendly and helpful staf. Great swiming pool
Noting at all
The price was reasonable. The big public rooms were nice. The pool was big. The shower was large and pleasant.
The pool was dirty. The toilet was plugged. Breakfast was minimal. Beds were uncomfortable.
The location was great to get to either the falls or the town. Located opposite a wildlife sanctuary that is worth a visit.
The staff were not overly friendly. The restsurant did not have most of what was listed on the menu. We stayed there for 3 days and on 2 days they ran out of bottled water. The wifi didn't really work that well.
Bad management: as an example, we have been there for 5 days, and we had one day with no water so everybody went to the pool to refresh their bodies, and after this they didnt changed the water. I think they can receive 100 guests but the kitchen just have 2 forks and knifes... how can you cook and eat there? too bad...
Location was prime, pool was nice. People were all like us and friendly.
Terrible bathroom/shower facilities. No clean/dry towels for the pool. Not enough clean/dry towels for showering. They ran out of towels. The water also stopped working for 4+ hours.
Nice to have a pool and bar. Unfortunately not much positive to say.
Significantly overpriced for the quality of accommodation. Agreed this is the case for most of the hotels in town. However, for this price you expect a least a basically modern and clean hostel. The beds were clearly very old, air conditioning units look on last legs, not well maintained as a whole.
The pool General atmosphere Helpful friendly staff
I have stayed in several hostels but this one is definitely the worst...Upon our arrival, we were told to pay to check in. We ran out of Peso so had to pay in Dollars. The reception "reluctantly" took our dollars and asked us to give her the dollar that we were short of. When we changed the Peso and asked our dollar back, she said their policy forbade the change and she was "kind" enough to forgave the one dollar. The room was half underground and wet; the bed cover and sheet were not clean; our window couldn't be closed.
Nice setting around the pool. Lots of travellers.
Our key (1 of only 3 for a 6 bed dorm) did not work and we had to be let in each time. The water was not running for about 2 hours. The pool was dirty. They had run out of towels. There was no pillow for the bed. The aircon was off and it took ages to persuade someone to turn it on. Pricey for a bed in a dorm.
