Proximity to city centre and within walking distance to all major sights.
- Fantastic location - Free shuttle from airprot
Wifi only worked in lounge, but that's okay.
I loved their airport shuttle service which i found especially useful after a long flight from Europe. Location is perfect, as well as Internet. Plenty of activities.
I couldn't get an early check in, but when I entered the room, it was empty.
Helpful stuff, clean, enough space in the rooms, good program, good breakfast, ...
In the public computers the Internet was difficult to work on, it often didnt work. Breakfast mainly sweet food like marmelade.
It is very central making it an ideal base for discovering the city.
This was my 4th time staying here and although I really like the place it does now look a bit tired.
The staff were fantastic and spoke excellent English. They recommend activities and sights and have a travel agent desk to assist & make reservations for you. The rooms were basic but cleaned daily & well maintained.
Breakfast was quite plain, just bread rolls or cornflakes.
The staff are great & speak very good English.
Location, airport shuttle
Frustrating, occasionally accessible wi fi. Paltry food, rickety bunk without a ladder
As a first time female solo traveler staying at a hostel, I feel totally at ease with the security level of the hostel. The staff are totally helpful and friendly, and the facilities (downstairs lounge, fusion bar, ect) are great. I had quite a bit of problems with the Wi-Fi in my room, but I suspect this may be my devices as no one else said they had any problems. The best part maybe the excursions offered by the hostel. I did not realize what a deal I was getting, so definitely take advantage of all offered!! (Favorite may be the Orange bicycle tour).
Wifi did not work in room. Construction on Florida street at odd hours of the night.
the staff was so rude. when we asked for hot water at the breakfast , they didnot want to give. it was just for make tea. the breakfast was also so weak but it was another issue. the only good thing was the location, the rest was terrible. however, i would like to underline that there was a brazilian guy that shared his sube card with us.
everything except location.
Staffs are nice. Location. Easy access to major attractions. Good value for money. Free computers for guests. A/C in the room. Free diner.
Everyrhing is fine.
I like the location of this hostel, I didn't feel unsafe at all getting there at night. It is pretty close to the main sights, so most of the time you can walk; Beds and bathrooms were nice. If you are lucky you won't have to deal with messy roommates, and the hostel gets even more confortable. The common area is also very good.
The hostel is too big so sometimes it doesn't fell like a hostel because you don't get to know everybody around. Staff is nice but you also don't get to know them pretty well, though you know they are always there when you need something. The kitchen could be bigger.
It's a fair price for what is offered. Great for those who wants stay in the downtown.
The wi fi is not so good. Breakfast is simple, but it is ok.
Excelent price for the location and comfort.
It had a problem with towels, and we stay without it for two nights. The wifi is instable.
Didn't have towels in the hostel, and the staff just didn't care, althought the towels were included when we booked the hostel. They did nothing to solve the problem. I will never stay there again. Very poor breakfast.
Good atmosphere, professionell and friendly stuff Location is great.
Badroom had no Windows and smelled bad Breakfast is a joke. No fruits, poor bread and a coffee you won't serve your worst enemy.
clean beds, clean toilets and convenient location.
big hostel, customer service could be improved.
The staff are amazing. Especially Anabel at the travel desk, she made my trip to Argentina the most amazing ever. The rooms are of a good size, quite clean and quiet if you ask for it. The location is right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Florida. The walking tours that they offer are highly recommended.
It can be noisy and it's not a place for people with an upscale expectation. It's a hostel. But a good one.
Breakfast ok, room ok, good location, English speaking staff
WiFi sometimes working, sometimes not. Once I asked staff to book a shuttle to the airport for us. I was told there are two free places and that they'll book it. When I came after breakfast to pay for the shuttle (shortly before its arrival) they told me that there were no tickets available and I had to find other transportation on my own in a very short time. Usually long queue to the desk.
Great location, nice pub downstairs. clean. Good private rooms
Its more for old couples and kids... Its not very easy to find there another travelers and when we were there it was full with young kids... The staff are not that nice and there's a feeling of cold vibe there.. If you are looking for a party hostel or meeting new people try another hostel ( probably the millhouse)
- Fantastic friendly staff, eager to help, provided a lot of advice, :-* - Location, price - Educational posters in the halls
- short breakfast window (8-10am) - Note: This is a large place, not the cozy/homely/someone's-living-room type of hostel; don't be surprised
Had a double room for myself and everything was fine. Meaning the bathroom as well as the bed was good! Location and the airport shuttle service are two other plus!
nothing to complain!
Location is great - close to all main tourist spots, main streets, shops, restaurants and quite close to the railway and bus stations. Very convenient free shuttle from Ezeiza Airport. Very friendly staff, ready to answer all questions, recommend things to do and help us. A good selection of extra activities to choose from (we did Tango La ventana, Fiesta gaucha and Tigre, and enjoyed all of them). Good Internet connection in the open area next to the reception desk.
Problems to connect to the Internet in our room (first days - no connection; then very poor). Had to use the Internet in the open area at the reception desk. Problems with water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom (solving took 2 days and we had to notify of the problem several times to have it solved).
EL MAL TRATO DE SU PERSONAL
You get what you pay for $10 beds. Old worn out rooms and the bathrooms are even worst! no windows views in rooms or common areas. they play 24/7 latin music in common area and too loud! the bar downstairs is overpriced and over rated. the food quality and service is poor. forget this place!
