Bath and floor could be cleaner
It was a great time…The fusion bar is very nice, and on friday it becomes a dance club, but it doesn't bother people that are in the rooms at all! There are wifi in the rooms, the location is great and the staff is very helpful! I met Livia, Giovani and Santiago, and they were great. Livia always helped me to get on the places when I needed. Very nice girl!
TEEEERRIBLE ELEVATOR! I got stuck on it once! And there was a day that I had to take the stairs till the 10th floor because it wasn't working! The cleaning is good, but I noticed that they doesn't change the sheets everyday. Actually I guess they never change until you check out, unless you ask for it.
Everything was ok.
Noisy air-con, but was swithched off after our complaint.
shuttle bus connection didnt work at all
The staff was very helpful, also the rooms were neat and beds were very comfortable. Would reccommend to most people
Wi-fi on the 6th floor was horrible. Never worked my 5 days I was there :(. Had to go to the lobby to talk to any1
Location Food and bar
Comfort of rooms, Fusion bar downstairs
Felt like no vibe. There were families staying there. Not what I'd expect at a hostel.
Some staff nay need to improve their approach and customer service they provide.
very kinldy stuff, directly in the city, the most important things are in walking distance. comfortable beds, good breakfast.
On weekend can be sometimes to noisy iff you are not interested on party.
-Good location, it is possible to go to many places on foot. There are a lot of stores and restaurants around. -Price is good (but pay in Pesos, cause their currency exchange to USD and BRL is abusive) -There is a pub in the basement, this is super cool! -Wi fi is free
-Wi fi did not work well in some parts of the room. -Some people of the staff were very angry, except the guys at the pub -There is a guy playing tango every night from 12 pm - 1 am in front of the hostel, at some point you get annoyed
This is a excelent ubication
Staff very helpfull. I needed to change my flight reservation by phone, and as I do not speak spanish very well, a guy from the staff made it for me following my instructions. Excellent location, in Microcentro, close to exchange stores and persons.
As it is a large hostel, maybe it is possible to become uncomfortable with too many people on common areas.
Great hostel with lots of activities (city tours, partiest etc) and very helpful staff. All people at the frontdesk speak perfect english. The room had a good size, the bathroom was clean. There is a very good WIFI in the lounge and also in the room (sometimes it works) :) The location is excellent - walking distance to most places you may want to visit..
The ambient, the comfort and the location, it is near to everything.
The internet is poor, and the computers in the lounge are designed to get you upset.
Staff very friendly. Monday til wenesday free dinner conditioning the purchase of a drink.
Although big, the staff worked hard to give personal service to all. I was surprised at the age range of guests...not just all young. Comfy beds, got the quiet room we asked for , good facilities. Close to city center, easy access to subway and buses, lots of sites. Made service excellent; they did a great job every day.
Kitchen a bit small. Elevator doors banged loudly unless you took care to close quietly. Lots of businesses in that area - except on Florida - close on Sunday because it is the financial district.
good location, friendly staff.
Excellent location on a bustling pedestrian only street n the hear of the shopping district. Staff were very friendly, relaxed and spoke excellent english, which was a real plus with our poor spanish. Free wi-fi, free computer access and printing facilities were great. They even cleaned and tidied our room every day, which was unexpected and excellent. folded our clothes and everything! Safe, lockable cupboards in each room. They also provide heaps of activities every day, from paid tours to free walking tours, definitely lots to get stuck into. Breakfast was adequate, bread, spreads and cereal
The photos made the room look a lot more bright and modern than it was. But as a plus it had its own bathroom, unfortunately only one towel had been provided for the two of us and no soap. But fresh towels were provided each day. The window looked at a dirty concrete wall so we always kept the blind closed. and the aircon system was old, noisy and either very cold or not working that well.
It is in a good location for shopping, also has a bar downstairs.
No towels in our bedroom (never), dirty place, they should clean more often, during breakfast all the tables were a disaster. The room smelled musty.
