Tour desk very helpful in booking trips out and our onward bus tickets to Cordoba.Double rooms are a good size.Grate location in the heart of BA.

Reception staff ignored us when we approached them on more than one occasion - they also looked miserable. Breakfast basic and served with plastic plates/bowls and cutlery - not a great start to the day.

The location is one of the best in Buenos Aires. Hotel stuff was very friendly. There is good chill out area in the lobby with computers and wifi area for the hostel customers. Low room rates compared to the central location.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. There are tons of trips/tours/activities available. Location is excellent.

Pretty good for a backpacker place. Me and my girlfriend stayed in a regular double room with en suite bathroom. Not the nicest of rooms but totally ok. Location is excellent though. Has a cafe/bar in the basement some cheap, but decent baguettes and salads and stuff. Nice for breakfast/lunch. 20% of there when you stay at the hotel.

Only wifi in the reception, not in the rooms.

After this visit ı went to montevideo for a night. However ı booked another 3 nights with reservation code 698459573 to stay when ı return. ı had also confirmation mail.. However when ı went hostel at 11 pm they told me my reservattion was cancelled. There is nothnig they could do. In th midnight ı had no choise to accept what they offer. A dorm room for one night. My next day was spent by searching a new hotel. ı still dont know ho and why cancelled my confirmed reservation.

Great living room, where you meet so many people, hang out talking with other fellow travelers, can cook, use internet (many available free pc's). Great activities program, everyday there are a lot of excursions organized by the hotel management, and even at night, everyday there is a program for a diferent club, all with guide and very afordable prices! 3 days a week, they even provide free dinner, that's just great because you already have breakfast, and if you stay in a dorm it's so good value for your money!

This is a hostel which also has quite a lot of double / twin rooms. Location is great and the rooms are a good size. Clientèle are generally young and there can be quite a bit of noise in the corridors at night.

Staff a bit desinterested and conceited, few of them. I ask for call me early in the morning and no help. Some discrminatory phrases with my country. I travelled around the world and visited more than 35 countries and also know a lot of hostels and kind poeple. Be carefull with engagements self-sufficient staff, they must pay attention on the needs of visitors. We paid also for a minimal service and assistance.

Gostei do ambiente convidativo e familiar, me senti em casa ao redor de pessoas (staff e hospedes) agradáveis.

A limpeza do quarto não foi lá essas coisas.

Not much!!! Not sure how they got their rating!!! If you are a business traveller, don"t stay!!!!! No quedarse!!!! Si viaja por negocios, no es un lugar para quedarse. No entiendo como lograron el puntaje que tienen. Muy sospechoso!!! Não muito! Não tenho certeza como eles conseguiram sua classificação! Se você é um viajante de negócios, não fique!!

They ask you for a 50 Peso deposit (10 u$) on top of your Credit Card deposit. This is not stated anywhere in booking. They don't give you an official receipt. No free Wifi in the rooms as stated. The following day I had to wait 30 minutes to get my 50 pesos back as the single receptionist was explaining to a group of young people all of the cool places they could go dance over the weekend. Never for a minute did she ask what the other 5 people in line where standing there for. The breakfast area is used a a disco at night. Yes, it smells like cigarettes big time!!! Again, do not stay!!!! Se le pedirá un depósito de 50 pesos (10 u $). Esto, a parte de su depósito de tarjeta de crédito. Esto no lo dice en cualquier lugar de la reserva. Ellos no te dan un recibo oficial. No Wifi gratis en las habitaciones, como se indica. Al día siguiente tuve que esperar 30 minutos para obtener de nuevo mis 50 pesos ya que la unica recepcionista explicaba a un grupo de jóvenes de todos los lugares interesantes que podían ir a bailar el fin de semana. Ni por un momento le pregunte a las otras 5 personas en línea porque estaban allí. La zona del desayuno se utiliza como discoteca por la noche. Sí, huele a cigarrillos a lo grande! Una vez más, no te alojes!! Pedem-lhe para um depósito Peso 50 (u $ 10) em cima de seu depósito de cartão de crédito. Isto não está em nenhum lugar da reserva. Eles não dão a você um recibo oficial. Não Wi-Fi gratuito nos quartos como indicado. No dia seguinte eu tinha que esperar 30 minutos para chegar meus 50 pesos de volta como a única recepcionista estava explicando a um grupo de jovens de todos os lugares legais que poderiam ir de dança no fim de semana. Nunca por um minuto que ela perguntar o que os outros 5 pessoas na fila, onde de pé lá. A área é usada uma discoteca um à noite. Sim, tem cheiro de cigarros grande momento! Mais uma vez, não fique!!

They have a pub inside. That´s great to know new people.

There´s no wifi in rooms, only at the lan house or at pub.

Muy bueno para jóvenes. Para dultos y con hijos como es mi caso está bueno por una noche. Sobre todo que queda cerca del puerto (Buquebús) como para ir caminando y en la calle Florida lo que permite salir de compras sin moverse mucho.

It was located in the middle of the centre at Florida.

It was a very basic hostel. The room was very poor, no furniture, no tv. Just the bed and shouwer (very old) Booking.com has to mention this on the webpage. I paid 60us$ for one night for a double room with single use. This hotel is more for young people, like students who does not mind about the quality of the room and the services of the hotel.

Ambiente buenísimo, jóvenes de diferentes partes del mundo compartiendo espacios comunes muy cómodos y con personal de excelente calidad y simpatía. Habitaciones sencillas y cómodas.

Ruido excesivo en las noches, producto de aire acondicionado y falta de aislacion.

Extremamente bem localizado, na Calle Florida, 1min do metrô, várias lojas, restaurantes, tudo pertinho. Como é uma das ruas centrais de BuAs, é sempre movimentada, até mesmo na madrugada.

Todos os itens que marquei positivamente foram supridos a contento.

é um bom hostel. Se o centro de Buenos Aires não fosse tão horrível, o hostel seria bem localizado. O quarto era limpo e bem confortável dado que era um quarto de hostel. Fiquei sozinho num quarto com cama de casal e banheiro privativo. O custo benefício foi excelente. O bar que tem no subsolo é legal, mas nada de outro mundo. Meio chato pra falar a verdade. Se você já tiver acabado a faculdade é uma boa idéia procurar outro hotel.

A equipe tenta ser prestativa, mas não raramente são grosseiros e fazem muita confusão. Quando cheguei lá comprei alguns passeios e tours - não me deram nenhum voucher, e toda hora cobravam o voucher que eles mesmo não me deram. Também

Ótimo Hostel . Recomendo a todos , Equipe muito receptiva, ótima localização não tive nenhum tipo de problema. Quando voltar a BA com certeza ficarei la de novo.
