beautiful view and charming hotel
poorly soundisolation, for the restaurant, had you to order the day before, the shuttle sevice was depending on the owners availability
Home made dinners. Friendly staff. Great views. Nice place to run.
The strong winds a couple of days, but obviously it had nothing to do with the Hostería.
The shuttle worked well, the people were very friendly and the meal was delicious.
First we were put into a room, which was very, very loud, at least due to the fact that the thin wall was connected to the staircase leading to the 1st floor. When we complained we were offered another room and asked to pay 10 $ more. That was not fair at all! Finally we got that room without paying extra. But - what a bad impression.
The view !
Very remote location. No services, restaurants etc. NO SUTTLE FROM STATION TO THE HOTEL :( the added cost of the taxi ride, adds another US$10 to the stay. Our very small, lake view room, did not look like the picture. We had a very small window with no table or chairs. :( No credit cards accepted.
Miriam and her husband are lovely people who make you happy to be in their home. They are eager to meet your needs for getting in and out of town center and for having breakfast on the table at the best time for you. They are so nice you almost forget the down side.Plus they have a great dog.
I would love to encourage these charming folks to put some sound-proofing between rooms so one would not feel her neighbor is living IN her room. OR offer fans and sound machines to help your guests sleep.
Miriam and Carlos are the owner of this hotel. They are so great that we were in love with them! They helped us with activities to do there and we could pay latter(as we had to get money in the cash machine- its permitted to get only 1000 pesos per day). It was everything clean and their dog was an attraction: he went with us to walk! The hotel is one hour walking from downtown, but Carlos always drop you and pick you up if you want. Usually, we walk from downtown to the hotel: there was a beautiful landscape and animals in the pAth. We love it and definitelly we will come back!
Everything seemed brand new in this hotel and the owners were incredibly nice and gracious. A little far from town but I appreciated the peace and quiet.
that the staff had no time to serve coffee or offer the shuttle at the agreed time.
The couple who own this place are lovely, only the guy speaks a little English but they are both very friendly and accommodating. Free lifts to town are available any time you like. Food and drink very reasonably priced.
Further out of town than I realised. There is no sign/name board for the hotel or the street so the taxi driver had real trouble finding it! No menu in the hotel so you have to ask what is available and how much for everything
I like the place in general it´s very comfortable, the hotel owners were very friendly, she cooked for us and the result was amazing, really delicious and Mateo is incredible!!!
find the place the first time was difficult, perhaps requiring some signage
We liked the hospitality of the owners, they are really doing their best for the guests. Myriam indeed cooks great, we stayed for the dinner at the hotel and had very good steaks. Location is remote, but the owner kindly suggests round trip to the city centre if needed.
Despite the quite place where the hotel is located, soundproofing of the rooms is very bad and we didn't sleep well at all, because you can hear snoring from the neighbouring room, chatting from downstairs, etc...and for us it was an issue.
Quite far from the downtown, but the view over the Lago Argentino is stunning. The owner speaks English and provides free transfers to/from downtown.
No sound proof walls. We heard everything from the hall downstairs.
Nice place, very friendly owners.
Very isolated location, almost impossible to find without Google map, as the hotel is not signposted.
We loved the place and the owners. It is very warm inside.
