Room was very spacious & clean. Free WiFi. Hotel is very close to the lake with a wonderful view. Hotel staff was great, especially Ester at reception was very helpful & super friendly. Breakfast was very good. It's a bit far to walk to town center, but taxi's are at the hotel within minutes.

Excellent restaurant - we ate there every night and, as my wife is vegetarian, the chef was most accommodating. The staff were friendly and very helpfull and attentive. An excellent hotel.

Todo, excelente y bello lugar. La señora que esta en la recepcion por las tardes es muy arbitraria, nos molesto mucho que le pidieramos que cambiara el horario de untaxi que nos llevaria al aeropuerto y tuvimos que someternos a su voluntado ya que no podimos salir a tomar otro taxi por el equipaje que llevamos

Un hotel nuevo, con una espectacular vista al lago argentino. La amabilidad y buen trato del personal, hicieron que pasemos unos días muy agradables. Un poco alejado del centro; pero el que quiere tranquilidad, es ideal.

Nice place well located in front of the lake. All rooms with very nice view. Close to the center 3 minutes by car. Clean big rooms, helpful and very kind staff. Breakfast could be better, but probably due to end of season with low occupancy.

Personnel accueillant, aux petits soins pour ses clients, disponibles pour arranger les excursions. Chambre spacieuse, calme avec vue imprenable sur Lago Argentino. Petits déjeuners copieux, variés, même les dîners sont recommandés. Seul inconvénient, situé à 3,8 km de la ville, mais faisable à bien le long du bord du lac, si on recherche le calme, c'est parfait (possible faire navette en taxi). En tout cas, pour les excursions, ramassage collectif à l'hôtel donc pas de problème. A recommander.

Me encanto la hosteria, y la vista era muy lida. Sin embargo, me sorprendio negativamente que cobraran el cubierto en el restaurant de la hosteria! Me parecio totalmente ilogico que encima de que pagas tu estadia y cenas en su restaurant, te cobren el cubierto. Me parece que no corresponde, especialmente cuando vas con una familia.
