The room was very nice. Internet was very fast. The breakfast was a bit poor. Bread was dry. They promissed a pool and sauna in the website, but they were still building it. Far away from the center. There was a list with houserules in the room which forbids to bring food to the room.

Excellent restaurant - we ate there every night and, as my wife is vegetarian, the chef was most accommodating. The staff were friendly and very helpfull and attentive. An excellent hotel.

The facility inside is quite nice. The WiFi was good. It is miles from the city, the staff has only rudimentary English, is I'll prepared for information beyond the very basics, breakfast is very basic, poor parking facilities, roads into the hotel are unfinished, full of holes and dust, beyond the bed, the rooms have no functional furniture (no desk, decent night able), an ancient box tv (11 inches), with poor reception, there is a "no food in the room" restriction policy, too expensive for the service/comfort they provide.

We had the best experience ever in this hotel. Very clean, nice design, quiet, spacious rooms, that all face the lake. The restaurant is very cozy, inviting, offers excellent food. Everything is home-made and delicious. The staff is amazingly friendly, helpful and professional. Special thanks to Estelle, Federico and the Owners (Family of four) - wonderful people! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it! Everything was simply perfect. Just note that it's a 30-40 minutes walk from the center of Calafate, therefore it's peaceful. You can take a cab for $4 if you don't want to walk.

El gusto estetico de quien haya diseñado el amueblamiento y el uso de la madera Está demasiado lejos del centro de la ciudad y no hay transporte publico ni el hotel dispone de un servicio de transfer que seria muy necesario.

O hotel está localizado num lugar lindo, os quartos são espaçosos, bem decorados, os funcionários competentes e atenciosos. A distância ao centro é de 30 minutos a pé ou 5 de carro.

Las habitaciones eran muy confortables y las vistas del lago excelentes. Muy cómoda la cama. El baño muy confortable. Muy buena insonorización.Desayuno muy completo. Si bien está lejos del centro, la ubicación es muy buena, en una zona muy tranquila, a media cuadra de la Avenida Libertador y de la Costanera. En la página de la hostería se ofrece spa y fitness, pero a nosotros nunca nos lo ofrecieron. De todas formas es muy poco el tiempo que te queda entre las excursiones, que no se notó.

Hotel fantastico, com quartos muito confortáveis e vista para o Lago Argentino. Toda a equipe do hotel é eficiente, prestativa e amável. Pode-se fazer todas as reservas de passeios ali mesmo. Passamos uma semana lá e recomendamos a Hosteria Los Hielos. O café da manha tem mais itens doces que salgados, mas isso parece ser um costume na Argentina, e também não chega a ser um problema.

Muy buena la atencion del personal, todo muy limpio y cuidado. Que dado su ubicacion, donde habia que bajar de la ruta hasta la puerta de la hosteria, muchos transportes no lo hacen y siendo un pueblo tan pequeño deberian hablarlo con las agencias de viaje.

Me agradó que su ubicación no estuviera en el centro de la ciudad, lo que brinda mejores condiciones para un buen descanso, además la vista desde la habitación es priviligiada. Debiera intentarse combatir las moscas en el salón de comidas.

En general nos ha parecido agradable, mucha amabilidad y buen servicio. Nos facilitaron excursiones interesantes y pusieron atención a nuestras necesidades. Dos fallos: dicen en la web estar a 2,5 km. Del centro pero creo que habrá como el doble de distancia y publican que tienen spa pero aún no lo han construido (están haciéndolo).
