Shower and sink did not drain, no action taken by hotel staff. Rooms are overheated, cannot open windows apart from two mini hatches |

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything: the helped us to rent a car, calling all the companies for us, the booked taxis etc. We were on honeymoon and they upgraded us to a suite with a nice view on Lago Argentino. Breakfast is nice and we had a very good diner at the hotel restaurant.You can pay with a credit card. the location, despite the nice view, is a litte far from city centre |

The people tending the hotel are very friendly, we felt welcome and looked after. Beware it can be quite cold in El Calafate, but they have placed auxillerary heater in the rooms compensating for this fact. All in all a great stay, we would recommend it to anyone! |

We are a couple from Mexico in our fisrt trip to Calafate. We found Hosteria Meulen wonderful and clean. Hostesses were very nice and always worried about our satisfaction. Hotel has a very nice view and is away from the noise of the town, something that is appreciated when you come back very tired from the excursions and just want a deep sleep. |

relaxed, hotel with very friendly staff do not have them do your laundry it will cost you a fortune, also the bottle of water will be charged... :( |

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis ist mangelhaft (wie allerdings bei den meisten Hotels In El Calafate). Die Behandlung entsprechend unpersoenlich, gleichgueltig, teilweise regelrecht unfreundlich. Ich spreche sehr gut spanisch und unsere Eindruecke sind bestimmt nicht auf mangelhafte Kommunikation zurueckzufuehren... |

Do atendimento e das instalações. Por estar vazio, fizeram um upgrade na nossa reserva e nos instalaram numa suite. As toalhas eram muito duras a ponto de arranhar a pele. |

Acho que o hotel deveria sinalizar melhor a sua localização, pois chegamos de madrugada na cidade e tivemos muita dificuldade em achá-lo, apesar de ser uma cidade pequena, pois fica bem distante do centro e numa rua de difícil acesso, inclusive com muita areia por causa do vento forte. Atolamos o carro na areia. O café da manhã precisa melhorar muito pra ser apenas bom. |

El personal es muy agradable y el baño de la habitación estaba muy bien. Hay que pagar todo en efectivo, no admiten tarjetas de crédito. Además solicité una factura y no me la dieron ya que dicen que no hacen facturas... |
