The design of the Hotel.
The Costumer Service from some of the receptionists.
I stayed a week at the hotel with my daughter. The staff was very familial and helpful. The room was very comfort.
Good service Comfortable room and bed Friendly staff Good breakfast Lots of restaurants just a few blocks away.
Wifi signal a bit week Neighbourhood is not great, full of constructions and garages, probably not very good for walking back at night.
I never checked into the hotel. I did not feel safe in the area.
The entire area where the hotel was situated. It look like a warehouse area. Car repair, building being erected, two men sitting on the steps next door to the hotel where stoned . There was graffiti all over the buildings. I know I would not feel safe walking around in that area at night. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. Georgia NYC NY
The staff is really nice. Hotel is neat and clean. The bedroom had a good size and holds basic needs. If you expect a bed&breakfast services it may serves you well.
I don't understand why the hotel evaluation in Booking is so high. It cannot be considered a very good hotel since it has no services such as lunch and dinner. It is more a bed&breakfast. Basically, when we've arrived it was late at night, we couldn't exchange the euros for pesos and we would like order something to eat in the hotel. It was not possible. Even though they offered a list of delivery restaurants it is not useful because only one of them accepts credit card and it was closed. So, we remained hungry. The only meal you can have there is the breakfast that is NOTHING special. It is a very simple breakfast. We have booked the hotel considering the comments about the amazing breakfast and location. But the breakfast is not good at all. In the rest of the days we went to have the breakfast out. Regarding the location, it is ok but I would recommend Recoleta as the best place to stay in Buenos Aires. Also, I didn t like the fact that we had required a silent bedroom and they have accomodated us in the front side of the first floor. Considering that it has no facilities such as restaurant and gym, from the first floor we could see the post light in the same level of ours, you can already imagine that we could hear all the noisy of the day. Trucks and buses disturbing our sleeping hours in the morning. Also, they charge everything extra, from the adaptor to electronic devices up to the cigarret. Besides, the daily rate were not so different from other much better hotels. That is why if you can pay an avarage of 30 euros more per day it is a better deal to choose another one.
Location is kind of challenging as you rely a lot on cabs. Walkability is limited if you wan to stay close to the buzz. Other than that great property. It is a boutique hotel inside a HJ.
Nice staff, good breakfast, good afternoon snack. The room was comfortable, as expected from a chain hotel, and the bathroom clean and practical.
So much street noise! I expect that from smaller hotels but from a big chain I was hoping for double windows. Niceto Vega is a very noisy street.
Very new, very comfy, very quiet.
internet bandwidth good wifi and poor real connection
