the first room assigned was fresh paint smelly , so they change me to new larger room . Good and new furnitures . Booking a no refoundable rate, they immediately charge on my Card . For additional expenses a separate bill. Quite unprofessional !!

Rooms were large, beds were big and wonderfully comfortable. Recently renovated, everything was new. Lovely bathroom. Price was excellent considering the high quality of the hotel. Hotel staff asking us our room number at least 3 or 4 times a day...

Very great room, modern and comfortable. Big bed, nice bathroom. We received a welcome champagne when we arrived. It's close to bars and restaurants in Palermo Hollywood. There's no cheap parking around here.

Great service. Lautaro at the front desk went out of his way to help us explore the various areas of Buenos Aires. Four block walk to outdoor cafes for eating. But at the same time it was on a main bus route to get around Buenos Aires.

It is a very small hotel near the main restaurants and magazines from Palermo Soho. The employees are very helpfull and the breakfast was fair. The acomodation is always clean and have a good space for one or two couples.

The room was lovely and big with a great size bathroom, lots of hot water and a powerful shower. The staff were excellent, very friendly, very helpful and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was good. Location isn't great if main aim is Palermo Soho, it's in Palermo Hollywood which we loved as lots & lots of bars and restaurants around and all busy with locals and not tourists so much more authentic and great food especially Las Cabras. It is safe in the area so the 10 blocks walk to get into the main plaza within Palermo Soho isn't an issue but you get fed up walking the same route. I was surprised that a public computer with Internet wasn't availalbe and some guest umbrellas would be good, it rained a lot whilst we were there but still too humid for a jacket.

The hotel is really kept in a high standard. The room was spotless and humidity free, even tough my stay was in a wet week. Really quiet and only few low noises could be heard, and that only after 10 am. Better breakfast than most hotels. The heater worked very well. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Add to that the fact that they speal some of the best english that i heard in Buenos Aires. The location is less than ideal, altough I knew that before booking. I like to walk and to reach the heart of palermo soho you have to cross the train tracks. This area isa little deserted and scary looking. But i crossed it all days and never saw nothing bad happening. The staff said it was safe and my experience matched their recomendation. Even if you dont like that area, a taxi from the hotel to soho is 16-18 pesos.

Confort de las habitaciones. Buen tamaño, nuevo y muy calida decoracion (tanto habitacion como sanitarios). Balcón a la calle (en categoria superior). Zona muy tranquila. Buen servicio de wi-fi. Desayuno un tanto limitado en variedad, pero con lo esencial.

Muy confortable, limpio y excelente atencion del personal. Esta cerca de los locales de comida y entretenimiento y compras de Palermo. Hoy llego un mail a mi casilla cobrandome $15 del frigobar...y no tuvimos ningun consumo!
