I liked everything about the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location also. I would definately stay there again.

Unfortunately nothing. We are never going to go back to this hotel again!

The day we got to the hotel, the hotel had charged us all 4 days already on our credit card and asked for our signature. As our printed booking reservation said we are going to pay en local money we already had changed money in argentine pesos in our home country. The clerk at the desk told us they will cancel the credit card charge. When we wanted to check out they didn't cancel the credit card charge and started to treat us very bad and said there is no way they are going to cancel the credit card charges and they do not care what our booking said, they have other policies than booking! They charged our credit card in dollars but the invoice they had (and did not give to us) was in argentine pesos! They really treated us horrible! Besides that you cannot get to the hotel by taxi, you have to carry our own luggage. Breakfast was poor, very unclean, our room got flooded as the a/c did break, the hair dryer did not work, every day we had to ask for towels as they did not provide enough for the 3 of us. Horrible experience. Please be aware!!

Reception speaks good English. Helpful with city touring. Cheerful and friendly. It is very value for the money. We were initially concerned about security in regards to pick-pockets and the homeless in this area, but there are security guards and high police presence in the evenings and during the night, so we did not feel bad about walking in the immediate area in the late evening.

Unfortunately, entire Florida Shopping Mall is under construction to replace worn out sewer pipes. Very noisely and dirty on the sidewalks. Jack-handles are working all day. Dirt goes into the shops in the mall. People are crowded onto the edges of the mall. This is not the fault of the hotel which is an excellent location for touring the city. It is close to the tourist sites and is close to the subway stores. Hopefully, in 3 months' time (this is written in early Feb. 2013, the construction would be finished.

The location , because it located in Florida street which is one of the best street of services..... The room was wide and good designes ........... The stuff are friendly

The location is great. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is good (not excellent).

The very short wire of the hair-dryer is a problem for brushing while drying. The elevator is quite slow.

Good location for shopping

There is no vehicle access so you'll have to walk 50 metres with your luggage. Lifts are very slow.

Excellent location

Poor breakfast and if you come later than 9 o'clock you will probably remain without breakfast at all. There was a broken air conditioning in my room. When I asked to repair it the staff just opened the window in my room and said that it was the only thing they could do. The hotel has WiFi but it didn't work properly.

It was very nice, it is our third stay at the hotel and what is good is that there are no surprises, you always find everything nice, clean and supportive staff. The rooms are big, confortable and you find yourself at home.

As the hotel entrance is in a gallery we liked most when we needed a card to operates the elevator. Although we did not have any problem the old method used to give us a sensation of more security. In their favour I may say they have installed a new securtity system with cameras everywhere and a nightwatcher at the entrance.

Location and cleanliness. Service is also good.

THe hotel quotes its price in usd but in Peso's they charge anythiing they like as per their exchange rate - it is crazy. So if you pay in cash usd it is Ok, but in card it comes out to be much costlier. Booking. Com should display price in both usd and Pesos for people to choose and it should be fized. Also there is 21% tax on it which makes it unviable. Hence the rate should be displayed along with tax or net of taxes. Else the budget goes out of line.

Very clean and modern room with stocked refrigerator. Located on the main shopping street Florida. Very safe area.

Muy buen servicio y calidad en las habitaciones.

Nos alojamos en el hotel durante 3 días. Destacaría la calidad de la habitación y lo bien situado. La relación calidad/precio es excelente. Tenemos pensado volver y sin ninguna duda nos alojaremos en él.

El único "pero" sería el desayuno, creo que se podría mejorar, pero aún así esta bien.

Localização, não tem acesso direto, o táxi fica longo o que da sensação de insegurança à noite, portaria no térreo de uma galeria também parece inseguro. A unica solicitação que fiz à recepção foi ligar para um táxi e fui orientado a ligar do quarto pois o hotel ñ pode fazer, só fiz esta opção pela facilidade da língua, ñ compromete o todo.

Localização muito boa (perto de bons restaurantes e centro comercial). Bom café da manhã e staff muito cordial. Acomodações do apartamento atendem a expectativa.

1. Chuveiro dentro da banheira oferecendo sério risco de acidentes pessoais principalmente para pessoas com qquer dificuldade de locomoção. 2. Elevador com limitação de carga (4 passageiros) o que causa fila.

Las habitaciones son comodas la limpieza es adecuada el desayuno tambien y el personal es atento pero poco.

Al momento del pago nos cotizaron la habitacion en dolares e intentaron aplicarnos una tasa de cambio diferente a la legal aludiendo que tenian derecho a hacerlo, pedimos la documentacion que lo acreditara pero no pudieron mostrarla porque no existe. No se si es politica de la empresa o costumbre de los empleados de turno pero realmente ensucian el nombre de la cadena de hoteles.

O hotel possui bastante conforto nos quartos, com excelente tamanho. A limpeza também é de primeira qualidade.

Não me agradou da recepção do hotel estar no segundo piso. No térreo só tem uma bancada para recepcionar os hospedes. O café da manhã não é bom, muito repetitivo e não possui identificação nos alimentos e sucos
