Breakfast could be improved

We broke a Plate in the room. We Told the staff. The manager of the Hotel decided that we have to Pay 40.00 us Dollars for the damage!!!! First, he refused to Talk to us, Then he did eventually. He trieb to explain in all earnest that this is their Price of purchase. I explanier that in all Hotels of the World, a Plate is at the expense of the Hotel and that the Plate is Worth 5usd max. Finally, he settled for 20USD...we were furious to be punished for our honesty. Our recommendation if you Break something: replace it with the Plates from The breakfast Buffet...this was the Most obviously abusive experience I had in my Hotel Life so far...

The hotel was excellent and we felt like in a 5 star hotel, the staff is very friendly and recommended us where to go, great breakfast, rooms very big, bed big and very very comfortable, nice balcony in the rooms. location perfect.

Almost everything was just great. The size of the room which is a suite with dining place and kitchen facilities, the comfort, the huge beds, the pleasant design. Everything looks new and clean. The staff is nice and helpfull, the breakfast is very good (even fresh tomatoes!). The location is very central which means not great views though... (the center is somehow outworn in this area but it doesn't really matter). We asked for an inner room, not facing the street and our wish was complied.

Not the best neighborhood but close to a lot of things. Juan Pablo was very helpful in securing taxi to cruise ship.

We arrived in ba to another accommodation which had lost our reservation. Luckily we were able to book icaro suites straight away with no hassle. The suite is extremely large with a king bed, flat screen with cable and a kitchenette. Having a microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery proved to be handy on nights where we wanted to eat in and the wifi worked well. Also close to a few good restaurants. For approx $90 a night this was definitely worth it, we ended up extending our stay here!

The fridge was not very cold and therefore used mainly to keep drinks cool. Would have been nice if tea and coffee was provided. The location is a little far from the main sights, shops and trendy areas although we were happy to walk everywhere (may take a while)

It is an ok hotel in the city.

One piece of my luggage was stolen from the "secure" luggage area of the hotel. Although the hotel admitted to total negligence on their part no acceptable compensation was offered. They also said that they would deliver my luggage to the room whilst we were waiting for it to be ready. They did not deliver. I would never leave my luggage out of my site at this hotel. They are totally irresponsible.

Absolutely wonderful and very helpful staff. Helped me with directions, and planning tours.Hotel was very quiet and very clean. Wifi worked great. Computers in business center were also a bonus in Lobby. Great Breakfast buffet. Moderate walking distance to restaurants, important sites such as the Obelisk, Plaza de Mayo, etc.Absolutely the best Hotel for the money I've stayed in. Enjoy. BJ

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and great for a family.

I did not like the location and would have preferred to be in another part of the city. It was our first time visiting Buenos Aires so I did not know ahead of time which part of the city I wanted to be in.

We arrived very early in the morning after a long flight and were given a room right the way. The reception was most helpful with directions as it is our first time in Buenos Aires. There are many good restaurants on the same street so it is very convenient for the traditional late dinners. The buffet breakfast is plentiful. Free Wi-Fi in room and free computer in the lobby. The kitchenette was well equipped.

The room is large and comfortable but sparsely furnished. Would be nice to have at least a sofa chair.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Great shower. Rooms were quiet.

It would be good to have an alarm clock in the room.

The location of the hotel in exellent the staff are very friendly and tray to help in any question . If we come again to Argentina we come to icaro hotel and off cores recommend to our friends about this hotel

The hotel is located in the center of buenos aires, it is very friendly hotel. The staff are very helpfull, the breakfast is very good. We needed assistance from Jose the reception officer and he did a lot for us, I own him. The room is big and there is a nice balcony. The bath is realy spoiling. Good restaurants just near by. The computer services and wifi very helpfull

I liked everything.

We booked the family room with two rooms and two bathrooms (both big) and had plenty of space! Great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel is new, ample rooom, comfortable, spotless, central location (near stores, theatres and metro station, easy to get a taxi), competent staff.

Embora a localização seja central, não é uma região muito bonita para andar à pé. O quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de lugar fechado. Although location is central, the neighbourhood is not so beautiful for walking around. The room smelled like it has been closed for a while.

VERY modern, hip and intimate Hotel.Rooftop terrace very relaxing. Breakfast room had a good variety of food. The staff was exceptional, excellent service. Location to the Theater District excellent. Transportation easily available.Business center in the lobby very convenient.

The Gym was very small, but it seemed few people used it.

The garage was not included in price 20 usd more. Breakfast was not included 40 usd more. Poor...

Great value for money, very large rooms and beds, comfortable and not at all like a hotel room. Am oasis in the chaos...
