Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. Design Total ! Romantically sitting in the hot bubbling Jacuzzi in a mild autumn night on a rooftop overlooking B'aires. The Buddhist and Yoga influence gives you a good feeling. Very good breakfast.

In Palermo Hollywood near restaurants and bars, very friendly staff, nice design, clean rooms, good bed, good Wi-Fi, fresh fruits at breakfast, jacuzzi on the terrasse.

Terrace room is very noisy on the week-end (couldn't sleep actually), shower in a bath tub, no strong water pressure, espresso is extra at breakfast, not cheap for the value.

- Street noise. Don't get fooled by the quiet and leafy street when you check in during the day. There is a bar across the street which opens till 5am during the weekend. Ask for a garden room on the weekend. - Room temperature has to be adjusted by the front desk. The staff was helpful and efficient, but it's not convenient for guests to pick up the phone in the middle of the night.

It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. The hotel has 12 rooms, they're very spacious, comfortable and clean, breakfast was lovely. The Ilum is one of the nicest places we have stayed and we have travelled extensively. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they spoke good english and gave us advice on the sights to see in the city. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area without going right into the centre. We would definitely go back to this hotel if we visit BA in the future.

We ate late like the locals (10p) and went out some afterwards. When the construction noise started nearby, around 7:30am it was hard to sleep.

wonderful and cozy hotel in a nice and convenient place, with very nice and cooperative staff, whenever you need them. very comfortable room clean and with all facilities we needed. in summery-very good hotel to stay

We enjoyed the modern zen like feeling of the hotel. The breakfast selection was wonderful. The rooftop jacuzzi was delightful at dusk.

The smallish shallow sink was a challenge and the european plumbing took a few minutes to figure out.

We loved this place. Beautiful design, excellent rooms, friendly staff that speak English well and the best breakfast you could ask for with a huge selection of home-made bread, cakes and granola and real juices. Eggs could be ordered but we didnt even need that. Good location too in charming Palermo, with ample choice of the best restaurants at walking distance.

To get to the places of interest, you need to take the metro, which is about 8 blocks away. We liked the stroll though in this tree-filled quiet residential neighbourhood.

The staff is very friendly and I did like very much the breakfast with really fresh made orange juice.

Even in Palermo Hollywood, the location is not the best, as the very nearby area looks a little bit shaby. The WiFi did also not work, so I had to use a cable and having a room to the clobstone street is not in favor of the noice when the cars pass late at night.

Good location, close to nice restaurants and stores (at both Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood). The staff is very friendly. The bed is wonderful, with different pillows. I would stay at the Ilum again, for sure.

The best feature of the hotel - among many - is the service. The hotel's team is 100% friendly and professional.

muito caro e não tem nada além do quarto. O café da manhã é muito, muito pobre. Preço muito alto para o que se recebe. Não voltarei a ficar lá.
