Hotel Impala

It was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very kind, and the localization of the hotel was great.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice bathroom (although very small). Good breakfast, with many sweet-breads.

The beds were a bit to soft

Friendly helpful staff, especially the front of house, very well situated and very good value for money. I would recommend to friends.

Near the centre

Dirty carpet, small rooms, no view from the room, poor breakfast

the staff very good and friendly with english speaking too ! we had a good memorable time the service is exellent and will do anything to please and their local knowledge is good ,.the room was attended with clean bedding and towels and the fridge re stocked and bathroom cleaned daily the maid was lovely and curtious, breakfast was good and a nice selection of food fruit and drinks , the evening meals were good in general with a nice reception area and with internet use I can agree that the hotel is value for money and a good location for shopping and travel around Buenos Aires I will use it again on my next visit we had a very pleasant stay it has a nice atmosphere

the room did not have enough wardrobe space for our clothes even though we took little of them but we did manage ok ,the shower needed repair as it went everywhere and often fell off the bracket , the carpet was stained , the safe in the room would not open so I had to use the reception safe( this was probably through previous guest closing with their code ), the light over the bed was like a floodlight , but if i did not like it I could have gone for a 5 star hotel (my choice) at a higher cost and it served our purpose well

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made reservations for us, gave directions and arranged for transportation for us.

Very close to the center of city, easy to find.

Bed was too soft for me, window was going out the wall of other building, so no use to look outside window, there is nothing to see.

We had non-smoker room but strong smoke smell came to our room through ventilation in the bathroom; Couldn't close the window as window lock was broken

The front door staff was very good.

The only complaint was the room carpet it was very dirty with stains.

We found the staff to be courteous, helpful, and English enabled. The desk staff were ready and willing to arrange city tours, Tango venues and restaurants with hotel pick-up and return. They even arranged private car transportation to the airport. All of this was reasonably priced! Safety and security was never an issue as the area was well policed and secured. The free morning buffet 7a.m.

Visitors going to the Impala should know this is a boutique hotel with boutique rooms. So, be prepared to stay in a 220 sq. ft. room including bath. That being said, All that you need is there including a safe and bar fridge.
