Rooms smelling, poor service n staff,

Great location, good value for money

Paying for wi fi. No proper napkins for breakfast. No matteress cover on bed. Room fixtures need some maintenance.

Location was great and was value for money.

While it sold itself as a 5star hotel, it is nowhere near. 3 1/2 to solid 4 star is where it would be at. B

Be warned. We mixed up our dates and arrived a day early. The hotel not only refused to make the adjustment they charged an outrageous rate for the extra day we ended up staying. It's hard to walk out and find something else after a long days travel. We are not normally fussy about facilities but everything in our expensive room was broken including the uncomfortable chair and non functioning toilet. We were obliged to spend the original booking there or forfeit the cost of the room. Not smart customer service I think.

I liked the location of the hotel it is very central and a good starting point for any tours etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit dated and needs some renovations. The carpet it old and the bathrooms are small.

Very large,clean modern room with a nice marble bathroom.Excellent location. Fabulous front desk staff. Lovely pool and gym. Exceptionally good,varied buffet breakfast for Argentina.

First of all,its location,very near the center,the shops and the historical district. The kindness of the hotels staff,was superbe. Breakfast very good.

nada, quizas mejorar un poco el mantenimiento. Hace teimpo que voy a este buen hotel y pienso que debería pensarse mas en el mantenimeito El aire acondicionado no tiene termostato

Recepción amplia, habitaciones grandes, confortable.Muy bien ubicado.

La información del personal de recepción en varias oportunidades fue confusa. La piscina no estaba habilitada y un solarium que promocionan tenía acceso vedado. Placar incómodo, caja de seguridad empotrada en un sitio mal iluminado.

La atención cálida y eficiente del personal. La amplitud de la habitación y de todos los espacios, la calidad y generosidad del desayuno. La limpieza, impecable. Por supuesto, la ubicación y comodidad de las cocheras.-

Un solo detalle, la iluminación de los dormitorios y baños es insuficiente y no acorde con todo el resto de las comodidades que brinda este mas que recomendable hotel.-

En general me gustó todo.- Me impactó muy bien al momento del cheking la disposición del personal y el hecho de uqe, sin pedirlo, nos dieran un up grade.-

Lo único observable, de menor significacncia, es que el chek out está establecido muy temprano (10,00 hs) y que, motivo de ello, al bajar de desayunar ya estuvieran bloqueadas las llaves electrónocas de acceso a la habitación.-
