very bad wifi.... we was there working and very slow internet bring to us some troubles...anyway, its only one -....

The corridors where very dirty, piece of paper and chewingum on the floor. The bedroom as well was very dirty, no sign of a vacuum cleaner action! we arrived saw the room and we had to leave looking for another place (also because the flat next to us was occupied by a couple arguing and screaming for more then one hour... It seems dangerous). We found another accommodation and i called, wrote to the iq callao to discuss the problem but nobody never got me back!!

Hot tub out of order. Not really good for tourists who want assistance with sightseeing.

Amazing location, well designed rooms and very stylish with comfortable bed, fantastic pool , sun deck and gym, internet was great, when it did stop the staff fixed it immediately, stayed at another apartment the week before it was more expensive and terrible. This hotel is 100% amazing, would stay there again for sure. Amazing.

Excellent localization. The apart is clean, beautiful, comfortable. In the 10º floor thera are a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. This place is very interesting and very relax too. I q Callao stay 4 blocks of the Shopping mall Recoleta.

Check the floor in your room - you might miss some parts and did not get the discount for that :)

Quiet, comfortable flat w/kitchen, convenience, friendly staff, rooftop pool, laundry facility.

Room needed some small maintenance items corrected, such as a couple of light bulbs out, shower that leaked on the bathroom floor, balcony door that didn't lock. Nothing major, just annoying.

Didn't have information about the city when I checked in. Also the breakfast is fair. Could be better.

The location is great, it's in a very nice neighborhood without being too busy. The hotel structure is great with very comfortable, spacious rooms. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

Although the hotel structure is great, there was a little bit of work to be done towards the maintenance of the place like some light bulbs needed changing, the pool and sauna areas were sometimes a little dirty.

It's not a backpackers hostel. The room is very spacious, very well mainteined, very clean. Every room has a mini kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, oven and basin). Bathroom with sink and very clean. Room very confortable. Arrived late at night and everything was set up waiting for me. It´s not pretty close to the subways, but if you walk something like 500 to 600 m you get to sub green line. It´s very close to recoleta cemetery.

It´s not cheap, but you receive what you pay for. The breakfast is one coffee, two croissants and a tiny glass of orange juice (I found hostels with better breakfast than this).

Except for the information about municipal taxs(21%) that was not included in the price when I booked it.

A localização é excelente, bairro belíssimo e muito tranquilo, além de ser um flat sem muito movimento. Próximo a diversos pontos turísticos.

La excelente atencion del recepcionista Miguel y su vocacion para resolver los problemas. La ubicacion y el balcon al jardin. Disponibilidad de llamadas locales a fijo ilimitada. Buena relacion calidad precio.

Algunos banios huelen mal y no tienen ventilacion. Algunos depas no tienen lugar adecuado para colgar la ropa.

Me encanta la comodidad de un monoambiente

No me gusta que no haya siempre alguien en el front desk.

La decoración y la amplitud de la habitación, la cual es muy comoda

No tiene Frigobar, lo cual es muy incomodo si uno llega tarde. Desayuno muy malo en el restaurant de al lado.

La verdad es que me gustó bastante el lugar, tranquilo, limpio y todo el personal muy amable para atender a los requerimientos.

Lo que no me gustó fue que faltan adaptadores para la corriente , ya que no todos los equipos tecnológicos ocupan el mismo tipo de enchufes. La señal wifi está muy cercana solo a la puerta de salida, al interior del departamento se pierde un poco

La decoracion es minimalista y elegante. La cocina y el bano estan adecuadamente dotados.

El area de recepcion no es muy acogedora, afortunadamente el personal si lo es.

Excelente apartamento, espaçoso, bonito, tranquilo, boa localização.

Poderia ter café da manhã, internet melhor. Prestem atenção aos 20% que se encontra nas letrinhas pequenas do voucher. Achei que ia pagar um valor, cheguei lá e fui surpreendida.
