Helpful staff Great location Great space in apartment

Centrally located and near to one of main shopping streets. Apartment was very roomy,clean and beds were comfortable. Little restaurant next door where breakfast was served was lovely and food nice.

Quite a distance from metro but taxis were plentiful and quite cheap if you didn't want to walk. The breakfast menu was same every day and having stayed 11 nights was very repetitive even though it was lovely.

Excellent location in safe neighbourhood. Spacious studio apartment that is in good condition. Very comfortable.

The corridors where very dirty, piece of paper and chewingum on the floor. The bedroom as well was very dirty, no sign of a vacuum cleaner action! we arrived saw the room and we had to leave looking for another place (also because the flat next to us was occupied by a couple arguing and screaming for more then one hour... It seems dangerous). We found another accommodation and i called, wrote to the iq callao to discuss the problem but nobody never got me back!!

Hot tub out of order. Not really good for tourists who want assistance with sightseeing.

Amazing location, well designed rooms and very stylish with comfortable bed, fantastic pool , sun deck and gym, internet was great, when it did stop the staff fixed it immediately, stayed at another apartment the week before it was more expensive and terrible. This hotel is 100% amazing, would stay there again for sure. Amazing.

Excellent localization. The apart is clean, beautiful, comfortable. In the 10º floor thera are a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. This place is very interesting and very relax too. I q Callao stay 4 blocks of the Shopping mall Recoleta.

Check the floor in your room - you might miss some parts and did not get the discount for that :)

Quiet, comfortable flat w/kitchen, convenience, friendly staff, rooftop pool, laundry facility.

Room needed some small maintenance items corrected, such as a couple of light bulbs out, shower that leaked on the bathroom floor, balcony door that didn't lock. Nothing major, just annoying.

Didn't have information about the city when I checked in. Also the breakfast is fair. Could be better.

The location is great, it's in a very nice neighborhood without being too busy. The hotel structure is great with very comfortable, spacious rooms. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

Although the hotel structure is great, there was a little bit of work to be done towards the maintenance of the place like some light bulbs needed changing, the pool and sauna areas were sometimes a little dirty.

It's not a backpackers hostel. The room is very spacious, very well mainteined, very clean. Every room has a mini kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, oven and basin). Bathroom with sink and very clean. Room very confortable. Arrived late at night and everything was set up waiting for me. It´s not pretty close to the subways, but if you walk something like 500 to 600 m you get to sub green line. It´s very close to recoleta cemetery.

It´s not cheap, but you receive what you pay for. The breakfast is one coffee, two croissants and a tiny glass of orange juice (I found hostels with better breakfast than this).

las instalaciones son perfctas, casi de lujo. Es como llegar a tu casa, no faltaba nada. volvermos de todas maneras Y lo recomendaremos A amigos.

El desayuno es muy básico, solo cafá o té con mediaslunas.

A localização é muito boa e o apartamento é bastante amplo,possui uma boa estrutura para acomodação.

O atendimento da recepção que funciona no horario comercial é pessimo ! Entretanto, destaco o Sr. Milton que é responsavel pela segurança do predio durante a noite como uma pessoa prestativa e muito atenciosa. O café da manhã é muito limitado e as pessoas que atendem, o fazem sem atenção e cortesia. Os elevadores apresentaram constantes problemas durante a nossa estadia

La tranquilidad del hotel y su entorno, lo central lo cual permite un rápido desplazamiento a los lugares de interés. La amabilidad de recepción especialmente de Miguel pronto a solucionar las necesidades e inquietudes presentadas.

A localização é excelente. Fica em um bairro nobre e seguro. As instalações são novas e de muito bom gosto. O pessoal da recepção é muito atencioso. é possível reservar passeios diretamente na recepção, o que dá muita comodidade.

Reclamei três dias seguidos de uma lâmpada queimada no banheiro e, mesmo assim, ela não foi trocada. A recepção não funciona 24 horas por dia. O café da manhã é feito em uma cafeteria vizinha e deixa a desejar. O café é composto apenas por dois pequenos croissants, uma xícara de café e 200 ml de suco de laranja. Tudo além disso será cobrado a parte.
