Location couldn't be better. Staff very helpful, spoke good English. Had an ocean view in a nice room. Free breakfast was typical ham and Cheese, not bad but have had better.

La ubicación es excelente. el trato muy bueno. Las habitaciones a mi gusto son un poco chicas. deberian informar a las personas que ingresan todos los servicios que presta el hotel, dado a que cuando vos llegas te dan la llave de tu habitación y arreglatela. Deberian ser un poco mas atento por el nivel de hotel que es.

La ubicación del hotel, y los espacios comunes son cómodos y decorados con buen gusto. El personal es atento La habitación es muy chica, poco confortable y no se corresponde a una habitación doble superior ( nº 407) de un hotel 4 estrellas.- El mantenimiento de la misma no es el adecuado para ese nivel de hotel: se quemó una lámpara del baño y se rompió el soporte del secador de pelo y no lo repararon.Considero que la mucama debe informar a mantenimiento y no ser el huésped quien esté avisando y reclamando para que reparen lo que no funciona correctamente.- La relación precio/ calidad de las habitaciones es malo.

Todo fue casi excelente Solo falto el mantenimiento de los equipos de aire acondicionado, ya que hacen un ruido que hace vibrar las paredes, y por lo que escuche en recepción, varios pasajeros pidieron arreglar eso.

La ubicacion No respetaron lo que reserve. Reserve camas separadas (en una triple) y me dieron una matrimonial y una single. Despues de reclamar , me cambiaron la habitacion que reserve (habia disponibilidad y no querian ocupar)

Hemos disfrutado y nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa, mihijo de 45 años,mi nieta de 7 y yo de 66 .gracias.hasta PRONTO.Norma Alicia Castellano.Mariano Gaich y Nieves Gaich.(AMBOS Recièn llegados desde zurich el 10 de diciembre del 2012.el 12 ya estàbamos en vuestro hotel.) La recepcionista de la noche cuyo nombre no recuerdo pero me dijo que era vasco, puede lucir una linda sonrisa en su cara y brindarse un poquito màs. Gracias. Norma.-
