The design of the hotel was great, the hotel had a soul. The location was great near boutiques and restaurant. I was feeling safe going back at night. Kind and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Lots of mosquitoes in the room due to mosquito net not closed properly on window and due to the cleaning lady leaving the door open when cleaning the room. The main public areas are full of mosquitoes but this is due to the lovely garden that the hotel has on the backyard. having some frutis for breakfast would be great.

the garden was like a little oasis in a busy part of Palermo SoHo, great restaurants and shops, close to bus lines, friendly staff and secure building. inconsistent hot water, but I can live with that :-)

Good location in Palermo, well priced for a "boutique hotel" Staff need to be a more open and room we had needed a facelift for the status "boutique hotel". Breakfast also.

We enjoyed our stay at the jam suites very much. The staff is very helpfull and the reception area is really nice! The hotel is located in a quite area so you catch up on your sleep!

Good location in safe area, close to many restaurants, shops and bars. Very friendly staff, helpfull. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Nice garden at the back. 15 min walk to Subte station. Some rooms have a bit of streetnoice so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is well located in palermo soho. They dont accept credit card I spent part of my days looking for atms to withdraw money to pay. Its ridiculous not accept cards in xxo century. Room was dirty, ants on the floor, spiders net. Every time u want to get in u have to wait for someone to open the door why dont have an automated door? Definitly not a boutique hotel more likely a family house or an upgraded hostel. The dolar to pesos conversion was done in a 5 pesos per 1 dolar when the official exchange rate is 4,50. So I paid more.

La zona donde se encuentra, la buena predisposición del personal, la decoración, el jardín que invita a disfrutarlo, la bañera con hidromasaje (no hay muchos lugares que incluyan este servicio a ese precio) En la habitación pequeña, por optimizar el espacio, el lavatorio queda al lado de la cama y carece de buena iluminación.

el patio y recepcion es acgogedora lo que ofrecen en su pagina y lo que realmente es , no corresponde. El desayuno es muy malo, y las instalaciones no estan buenas, luces quemadas, wc suelto, y paredes sucias

Equipe bem receptiva, ajudou bastante; localizaçao é ótima; acomodaçoes, apesar de simples sao cheias de facilidades. O hotel não aceita cartao de credito, apenas pagamento em dolar americano ou real brasileiro, em cash mesmo (nao aceita pesos argentinos); Cafe da Manhã nao é o forte do hotel; faltou porteiro eletronico, o que evitaria a espera dos hospedes do lado de fora; para brasileiros: o cafezinho é fraco.

La habitacion es amplia, y con todo lo necesario Nos querian cobrar en dolares, y a un valor de cambio con el peso no oficial. Tuvimos que insistir en que en la pagina pone claramente que se paga en pesos y el cambio a dolares es el oficial
