Perfect location for shopping closed to plaza Palermo Viejo, staff very nice and helpful, hotel and room nicely decorated, good breakfast included My room was not sound-proof at all and I could hear everything going on in the hotel, room a bit cold (September) |

Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff from the owner all the way to the chamber maid. Very casual, relaxed environment in a terrific location. Delicious breakfast served at our convenience. Access to all areas of the hotel. Did not take credit card payment. |

I liked the location and also the service was good As a woman travelling alone, I felt very uncomfortable with one of the staff members working at the front desk. I would not recommend this place to females travelling solo. |

Muy amable - The Hotel has a family flair and the Stuff is very friendly. You fell like living by Friends at home. The Room ist very nice. Nice Garden. The Hotel is in Palermo Soho, one of the best quarters in Bs As. My Room was very smal - No Wardrobe and no cupboard in the bath |

The reception area was lovely. Great location. The bathroom looked like it was still under construction with a loose shower head, a concrete floor, and a toilet that didn't work properly. I'd check the room before staying again. |

het hotel is onopvallend en een ware oase van ruimte en gezelligheid binnen de drukke stad. Met een beetje geluk ontmoet je er ook nog de leukste mensen. Erg relaxed! |

Estuvimos en la habitacion Modern. Adornada con gusto. Austera, pero con gusto. Tienen un jardin precioso. El salon comun es verdaderamente bello. La cocina muy completa. Lamentablemente estuvimos solo una noche. Pero la Tarjeta de Credito la podrian aceptar. |

Localização: Palermo Soho... otimo bairro Serviço amador. Chegamos de madrugada e para nossa surpresa nosso quarto havia sido dado a outras pessoas. Nossa reserva era para a melhor suite deles (Berni) mas, por um problema de overbooking nos rebaixaram sem qq contato previo. Para compensar este problema, o dono do hotel propos uma noite romantica e um desconto na diaria. Como iamos ficar apenas mais uma noite resolvemos aceitar e ficar por lá mesmo. A espumante veio congelada e o desconto concedido na diária nao compensou a troca de quarto... |

O melhor do Jam é a informalidade do lugar e das pessoas que trabalham lá. O ambiente é de muito bom gosto e eles teem uma ótima escolha de múscas para o ambiente. Um lugar muito gostoso. Há a necessidade de colocação de espelhos grandes nos quartos. O único a disposição é aquele básico do banheiro. |

Ambiente e café da manhã. Um pouco mais de iluminação na sala de jantar. Os quartos são muito distintos. O meu por exemplo ficava debaixo da escada, por isto o preço mais baixo. É preciso avisar isto no site. |

We got the John Coltrane suite on a discount for 60US$ so for that price it was really perfect. I also ordered a 'romantic evening'-package with champagne etc. that I wanted ready at arrival, but they hadn't done anything and the room was cold when we got there. They didn't charge for the package and gave us a free bottle of champagne + some chocolate so all in all we were treated really well. |

Uno se siente como en su casa allí. Muy buena atención, sobre todo Lila es muy amable y agradable. Cuando hice el check-in, el muchacho que me atendió pretendió cobrarme diez dólares más que el precio pactado por booking.com. El punto fue aclarado mencionando la reserva a través de booking.com |

Goede en hartelijke ontvangs in huiselijke sfeer. Hulpvaardig. Aangezicht van het hotel niet positief. Altijd eerst aanbellen om binnen te komen. Zeer gehorige kamers, suites. Geen warm water, maar koud/lauw. Gemeld, maar niets aan gedaan. De beoordeling van 7.4 is naar ons oordeel te hoog. |
