The location is excellent, in Palermo, close to stores and restaurants
Very poor breakfast, and also that we were out of internet and TV for 2 days...but the worst of all was breakfast
Localization > Pallermo
The staff was very friendly and it has an excellent location close to many different bars and restaurants. It has a nice little garden if weather permits to take your breakfast outside. It is close to one of my favourite milongas. I will stay there again.
Breakfast was very basic, especially if you don't like sweet things for breakfast. I would suggest adding at least eggs to the breakfast.
Staff was great, breakfast was awesome, room was awesome. Great stay here!
Room 7 is great. The staff were very helpful, knowledgable and nice, especially Ana. The location was superb.
dark rooms, poor plumbing, had to lift top of toilet to flush it. Breakfast was meager--they could provide more fruit, cheese, eggs.
- very friendly and helpful staff - familiar & cozy atmosphere - fulfilled all our wishes - amazing location in the middle of palermo soho
Front desk service was friendly and helpful, and the location is right in the heart of Palermo Soho! Charming gardens in the back. Super clean rooms and hotel in general. Staff was more than willing to make calls for us (cabs, restaurants etc.) and to prepare early breakfast the day of our flight out.
Having to ring the door bell every time we wanted to come in, and wait for them to come from the back of the building (someone was on duty 24/7). Dark, tunnel like feeling of hotel and dark, concrete feeling rooms ( despite it being newly refurbished, and despite the lovely green gardens at the far end of the house ). One of our rooms (no 1) was right on the street at ground level, so we couldn't ever open the curtains to get light, and there was sound from passers-by (though the area is generally quiet at night). Our other room ( no 2) was internal and functional but like a concrete box with high ceiling and no mouldings or decoration. Felt industrial.
The breakfast is awfull! The room is too old. Is too expensive for what you get. In a hostel i would be better!
poor breakfast, no fruit
Excellent location. Nice communal area.
Small cramped room with an inadequate bathroom. Not much privacy as most noises reverberate throughout the building and everyone entering the hotel can see your window from the courtyard. Air conditioning was very noisy.
