Nice view over the city. Basic but clean rooms. Kind and friendly people. In the end when we had almost no money left, unexpectedly we were offered a kind gesture by the owner: one transfer for free which we willingly accepted as we felt we had overpaid for other transfers.

It is not mentioned ( and defenitely should be mentioned!) that the hosteria is located 6 km up the hill on a very bad sand/stone road. If you do not have your own car you are stuck and will have unexpectedly high expenditure for transfers by the owner or the friends of the owner. Upon arrival, we were offered a transfer from the bus terminal to the hosteria. The owner told he would arrange a transfer for us (remis). The so called Remis turned out to be a friend of the owner who took us in the car together with his family (nice people). However, for this transfer we were charged 300 pesos (and by Remis it would cost us only 190 pesos: what a surprise!). We are budget travellers, and we were surprised by being stuck up the hill and incurring much extra expenditure (being paid to the owner or friends of the owner). If you don't have a car or if you do not wish to damage your car on a very bad road, it is not a place to go. On one hand side, very nice and friendly people with whom you can have a chat. On the other hand side, the most expensive transfer prices by the owner ( and we travelled the whole Argentina and Buenos Aires). It is first time we felt we were regarded as simply tourists who had no idea of the prices and could simply be ripped off.
