Very attractive building with beautifully landscaped courtyard. Central location in El Calafate. Nice vegetarian restaurant. Rooms are small but comfortable.

Seemed a little pricey, but El Calafate is a tourist town. Only takes cash.

The guys Cristian, Mariano and Sergio are very, very kind. Mariano even bothers to gave me a poster for my birthday. The walls are nice embellished and the garden is lovely. it's a couzy and lovely surrounding. The breakfast has whole bread and the best medialunas I have tried: crisp outside and soft inside.

The towels need to be renewed. They could be whiter and it's seems they are not changed becouse they don't smell like soap and they have old stains.

Excellent vegetarian food!! Friendly people. Comfortable room, excellent location.

This is the nicest place we stayed at during our trip to Patagonia. Stuff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent. It's located close to the town center yet on the quieter side. Private and peaceful. We loved everything about it.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the region. The hotel was well placed in the centre of town, and had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with a lovely garden.

We really appreciated the personnal who helped us organized our activities. Our room was clean and confortable. The hotel is near from the main street.

Water was not really hot in the shower.

Cristian, Mauricio y todo el personal son excelentes anfitriones. Atentos siempre a colaborarte con las excursiones y a hacerte sentir como en casa. La decoracion es preciosa y todo muy limpio y organizado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Location, staff, atmosfere

Kau Kaleshen met all our expectations; the rooms, although a bit small, were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant offered vegetarian fare - a welcome change from meat! I will definitely recommend this hotel!

La struttura ė molto carina e confortevole. Ė ad un passo dalla via principale...comodissimo! Buono anche il ristorante vegetariano.

La camera è un po' buia. Non c'è frigobar nė televisione.

Cafe da manha com opcoes variadas e ambiente acolhedor. Para os vegetarianos, havia a disposicao um restaurante para esse publico. Excelente localizacao, bem no Centro da cidade.

O papel higienico era de qualidade inferior. A sala de tv ficava em outro predio, cujo caminho era descoberto; assim, em dias chuvosos fica complicado. Fiz o booking no valor de 294pesos no dia anterior, embora a cotacao do dolar do dia seguinte fosse a mesma, cobraram me 380pesos ja com o iva. Questionei e disseram que era isso mesmo. Uma matematica estranha, pois 21% de 300 nunca foram 80. o custo estava muito elevado em relacao aos outros estabelecimentos da regiao. So fiquei uma noite, pois encontrei outros lugares com melhor custo/beneficio.

La posizione è centralissima, dietro la via principale. L'hotel è molto carino, camera spaziosa, calda,pulita, nel bagno ci sono shampo e asciugacapelli. La colazione è buona ed abbondante. L'hotel ha anche un ristorante vegetariano che a causa del nostro breve soggiorno non abbiamo potuto provare, una graziosa ed accogliete sala da thè. Il personale è super gentile, ci sono state fornite preziose informazioni per il nostro tour, si possono prenotare qui le escursioni ai ghiacciai,allo stesso prezzo delle agenzie. Noi siamo arrivati di notte, essendo già chiuse le agenzie e avendo a disposizione solo una giornata il ragazzo alla reception ci ha fornito tante altre alternative e consigli che ci hanno permesso di fare il tour che volevamo, senza il suo aiuto forse non ci saremmo riusciti. è possibile.

Realmente el personal es muy atento. Las habitaciones son amplias y el baño funciona de manera perfecta (agua caliente sin esperas, presión...). Altamente recomendable este lugar.

Quizás unos de los puntos débiles es la imposibilidad de pagar con tarjeta.

Sa situation géographique

La chambre très mal isolée ,pas de rideaux occultants donc réveillé très tôt par le jour. Le petit déjeuner très léger et pas de fruit frais mais une salade de fruits avec des fruits quasiment pourris. De plus l'hôtel nous a arnaqué sur le taux de change lors du paiement.c'est un hotel vraiment pas recommandable.

O hotel é uma gracinha, muito bem cuidado e a localização é perfeita, perto de tudo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e me ajudaram em tudo que precisei. Nota 10 pra eles. O quarto é legal, a cama maravilhosa. O sistema de calefação é ótimo. O café da manhã é simples (pão de forma, medialuna, queijo, presunto, leite, café, 1 sabor de suco, 1 sabor iogurte, cereal ,manteiga e geléia), mas para mim foi o suficiente. O único inconveniente é não ter televisão no quarto, o que acaba sendo desnecessário porque quase não fiquei no hotel, mas tem tv na sala de estar, que é muito aconchegante, e internet gratuita. Recomendo muito este hotel. Adorei

La relación calidad-precio no está justificada. Es una hosteria pequeña, se oye todo en las habitaciones y el precio fue bastante elevado. Creiamos que sería mejor y nos decepcionó bastante. No lo recomendariamos. Lo peor: los ruidos

Excelente ubicación a solamente 1 cuadra del centro de El Calafate. La atención de los responsables de la Hostería también ha sido excelente ya que nos brindaban asesoramiento constante y se preocupaban por hacer que nuestra estadía sea maravillosa.
