The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely. My room and bed were very comfortable. The location was fantastic with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. |

Folks running the hotel are very cooperative Water flow is too slow to use tub. Showere suffers also. Breakfast is limited and typical european. |

We liked the nice lobby and room design, free internet, cosy and quiet rooms as all windows look to the inner patio. The Delux room was smaller than we expected and lacked workdesk. The bathroom is tiny. |

An excellent discovery in Buenos Aires' Palermo district. If you don't know it is there, you will almost certainly overlook the entrance of the hotel, which hides a roomy and very stylish ensemble of courtyards and rooms. Very smooth experience, unfortunately I stayed only my last night and had to catch a plane early, so I don't know how the breakfast would have been like. |

Atendimento muito bom e localização muito boa Sim , falta de informações clara no booking com por exemplo que o quarto que me hospedaram não tinha frigobar , não tinha como nem beber agua no quarto! |

A localização do hotel é perfeita para quem quer estar perto de ótimos bares e restaurantes em Palermo. O hotel é uma graça, muito elegante, com quartos e salões muito bem decorados. Nicolas, funcionário da noite, sempre nos fui muito atencioso e gentil. Melhorar o café da manhã, incluindo frutas e outros tipos de frios. Tive um problema no pagamento do cartão, que se repetiu em outros estabelecimentos, e a funcionária que me atendeu demonstrou estar mais preocupada em finalizar o pagamento do que em me auxiliar para resolver o problema. |

É muito bem decorado, charmoso. O quarto é bom, a cama também. O café da manhã é excelente. Muito bem localizado. O banho de chuveiro tinha pouca água e o box era fechado só até a metade. Passei frio. |

Gostei da arquitetura e decoração. Apesar de clima aristocrático é muito aconchegante. O tamanho do hotel e as áreas coletivas favorecem a proximidade entre o hóspedes. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. |

Hôtel de charme. j'ai particulièrement apprécié les divers patios fleuris et illuminés de bougies à la nuit tombée, ainsi que tous les petits plus dans la chambre (mules, peignoirs..). Bons et copieux petits déjeuners. Très bon accueil. |
