The staff was very nice. The room was lovely, with a great view! lovely sunrises! warm and clean. The breakfast was very complete for Argentinian breakfast.

Staff was excellent and location is PERECTO! Good value for the $ and the best bang for your buck restaurant is one block away. WE had a fabulous time at Hotel La Aldea and El Chalten!

Walls are masonry, but you can hear every flush from above. Fortunately everyone is exhausted at the end of the day from hiking there is not much waking hours in your room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and since we did not have any computer the use of the computers was very important to us. The location is great!

Very nice personal, managed to give us a king sized bed even if we had booked twin beds. The room was nice with a view on Fitz Roy and the common room very cosy for a beer after hiking!

Having all services for such a good price (wi fi, computers, TV). Excellent 1st class breakfast. Extremely gentle staff.

First of all, it´s probably the prettiest hotel in El Chalten. Secondly, you get to love it when you get of the bus and find out taxis are not that common in the town, so you have to drag your bags to your hotel. What a joy it is to find that your hotel is just a block away! Then, the staff: offering the best hiking, eating and whatever advice ever. Plus, all that is done with the warmest, nicest, not ¨you-are –my- money/client – so-I´ll – be-helpful ¨ fashion but with the human touch and genuine interest. We loved staying there.

Well, there was a glitch- showers; 50cm by 1 m, with a terrible plastic curtain constantly trying to get stuck to you.

Rooms quite small with low dormer ceiling. Bathroom had unpleasant sewer smell. Over priced you can get cheaper for better value.

The toilet design is not good. The toilet door opens in the wrong side.

Eduardo at reception was brilliant! Very helpful and informative...and funny. On a good day (apparently) you can see Fitz Roy (we weren't so lucky with the weather) from your hotel room. Continental breakfast was included - good variety. Rooms were quite simple, but clean. Free WIFI was available.

Room was fairly small, especially the bathroom was tiny.

me toco habitacion arriba y es dificultoso subir y bajar las valijas x las escaleras, deberían hacerlas un poco mas anchas.

Le faltaría al hotel un poco mas de mantenimiento,pintura,cambiar la bandera de la puerta principal . Las puertas del placard de la habitación 6 muy difíciles de abrir y cerrar,y poco espacio ,le haría falta cajones y espacio para guardar valijas
