Great view on the lake and the mountains. Friendly reception and helpful for trip information. Free car parking. Comfortable and quite en-suite room. 15min walk from Bariloche centre. Very limited breakfast offered.

Fortunately, nothing. I arrived to the hotel after a 10 hours drive from another country. The hotel was supposed to be close to the main street but I found out it is far...very far. Anyway, after taking a cab, I arrived at the time of the check in. I was suprised to find out that the hotel is empty! There was no one to welcome me. I waited 1 hour, rang the bell, knoked the door, tried yo call them, sant an e mail but the hotel was empty of staff and visitors. When I realised I didnt have a place to sleep I booked another hotel and hoped that no one will charge me for this amaizingly poor service.

Nos gusto el echo de poder manejarnos con total libertad, sin dejar las lleves, o dar aviso si estas o no. Tiene un espacio muy confortable para poder estar, relajarte, comer, tomar mate y ademas un jardin hermoso en medio de Barloche.

Hotel estilo bed and breakfast, simples mas muito confortável, limpo e bonito. Linda vista para o lago. O hotel fica há cerca de 5 minutos do Centro, porém a rua é uma subida, o que torna a caminhada bem cansativa. Café da manhã muito simples.

Lo unico que nos gusto de la estancia en el la barranca suites fue la vista magnifica al lago Nahuel Huapi. Si todo , atencion infima, habitacion con las tablas del piso sueltas, canillas del baño que no sale agua si no se abren hasta el maximo y luego, que pasa te baña si, aunque no quieras hacerlo y simplemente quieres lavarte las manos. Escalon de la escalera entrada suelto sostenido por dos piedras, y sin baranda, o sea peligroso. Desayuno pauperrimo, panes cortado al medio que no entraban en tostadora, mermelada escasa, y ademas como nosotros eramos los unicos pasajeros dejaron todo servido y no habia nadie del establecimiento para solicitarle algo. Cereales triturados practicamente como si fuera lo ultimo que queda en la caja.. La dos estrellas le quedan grande, nosotros conocemos la calidad de hoteles , hosterias , cabañas con esa puntuacion y esta nos las merece Mala experiencia por el precio pagado , es mas un hostel de una estrella que otra cosa.

Muy buena la atención en la hostería. Atendida por sus dueños, siempre presentes y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que uno necesite. Las habitaciones comodisimas. La cocina super equipada con lo que uno necesita, para evitar salir las noche de muuucho frio, o solo para cambiar el centro por el comodo living. Muy bueno todo. Muchas gracias Clara!

Le style de l'établissement, la situation géographique, le personnel sympa. Problème avec l'arrivée d'eau à la salle de bain. Parfois, il faut attendre plus de dix minutes. Le bruit du système de canalisation !
