Peaceful, good breakfast, good services for excursions at Iguazu cataratas.

Visiting it in winter (july) it was a bad choice as climate was far too wet. A hotel in the city rather than in the jungle would have been a better option. The room was smelly because of the high umidity, the climatizator didn't work properly and was not able to reduce UR% in the room or to warm the room up.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished with a terrace. Good beds.

I'm confused about the star rating - this is a 4-star hotel, but other than room size, the facilities weren't particularly 4-star quality. In 4-star, I expect a certain level of luxury and attention to detail. There was a dead fly on the bathroom floor when I arrived - it was still there when I left. It's all about expectation - the restaurant was very rustic. The food on offer limited. Other than a pool, massages, various organized walks and the arrangement of tours that were priced around 25% above what my remise driver offered, there were no other services/facilities. Very family oriented; quite a lot of young couples with babies/small children. Having said all of this, even though I would recommend to young families.

There is only sandy road to get to the hotel.they order a taxi (who work with this hotel) and we were wait 1.5 hour at the lobby because no one want to get there while it rain...maybe because of the slippery road! the staff were not helpfull. we were really disappointed of our choise

It was amazing, fantastic hotel, fantastic location. Staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, all spoke English too which was an added bonus. Local knowledge was good and the taxi service they have was brilliant, easy to book and affordable to use (nearest bus route is 1 mile (20 min) walk down away). Surroundings were amazing and the rooms were luxurious, large jacuzzi bath and huge bed! Food was very good and pool was very relaxing. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Small gap underneath the door to the room (door leads to open outside corridor), we were concerned bugs may come in so we put a towel down each night, did not experience any problems.

il n'y avait pas de navette pour ce rendre en ville, et le taxi revient très cher. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait un jour, et le personnel n'est pas acceillant

La predisposición del personal del hotel para hacer amena la estadía del pasajero es notoria.

No me pareció acorde al precio, si bien está bien encaminado el servicio y las instalaciones, se evidencia falta de atención a detalles que se supone debe tener un hotel de esa calidad, con el tiempo estimo se irá puliendo.

está estrategicamente ubicado para aquellos q amamos la naturaleza; la infraestructura me encantó.Muy recomendable!!!

posizione immersa nella selva,con servizi 5 stelle

La ubicación en medio de la selva hace que entiendas que Iguazú es un destino de naturaleza y solo lo entiendes si te alejas de la horrorosa ciudad y te acercas al bosque nativo

La hotelería de Iguazú es muy deficiente y carisisima, este hotel es bueno pero los precios siguen siendo muy caro.

nos encanto la ubicacion del hotel en el medio de la selva, ese contacto con la naturaleza que solo se ve en peliculas en un tiempo de estancia, que de no ser por el hotel uno no tendria la posibilidad de experimentar esa vivencia relajadamente y en el lugar donde uno se puede quedar mas de un momento que el de pasada... nos encanto la comodidad de la habitacion, la confortabilidad de la cama, espectacular...la arquitectura en madera nos fascino, le da una atmosfera natural a la que ya existe por el medio ambiente en el que se necuentra,donde se da una conjuncion perfectamente integrada.

lo que no nos gusto, fue un aroma muy particular que habia cuando ingresabamos a la habitacion, que comprendiamos seguro se deberia a la exesiva humedad del medio ambiente, puesto que el calor del sol ni la brisa llegaban al lugar gracias a la exuberante vegetacion y altura de las variadas especies de arbles y plantas. y ademas de la falta de nitidez que tenia el servicio de cable, nos incomodo un poco el ruido de pasos que sentimos la ultima noche puesto que se ocupo la habitacion superior denotando asi que su piso ,y por ende nuestro techo, era una misma estructura de madera,si bien se veia fuerte, era un poco sonora.
