I enjoyed the setting in the forest and the rooms were good but not great. The breakfast was also quite good. Too bad the pool was freezing as it looked very nice.

The rooms, particularly the floors, could have been a bit cleaner.

We had asked for a taxi pick up from the airport on arrival, which wasn't arranged by the reception staff. There was no safe in our room. Would have been nice to have some complimentary water in the room. (only in mini bar)

We visited iguazu on our honeymoon and ideally would have preferred to stay somewhere a bit better class. However our stay here was great and we really enjoyed it. The location was perfect for us. Yes, like others say it is right in the jungle and a good 15 minute walk to the road but it means you're away from the main road and more into the quiet which personally we much preferred. The walk is fine but very dark at night. The hotel itself is good, some staff are excellent some aren't so good. We booked 3 taxis during our stay, all were late or not even booked at all. The rooms are big and always very clean and the turn down survice is impeccable. The rooms are however a bit shabby and rough round the edges but perfectly fine. There are nice touches like umbrellas for unpredictable jungle weather and mosquito nets on your private balcony. The pool is nice and loungers were always free. They supply towels too which is good. Some evenings they supply entertainment, on our first night we were casually invited to a bbq which ended up costing us £70 for 2. Don't get sucked in to all the extras! Breakfast was consistent and good enough. If you don't mind the dodgy finishing touches and the hike to the main road then this place will be fine, we really enjoyed our stay here and found it peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend for a few days stop over but maybe not for something more special.

Finishing touches and some staff unhelpfl

Staff was not very knowledgable about services in the area and the cost of same. As a tourist really for one purpose - to see the falls one expects more. This was not a cheap hotel.

Excellent. The room was a good surprise (there is a whirlpool in a external area), the staff is very attentive and courteous and the price is good.

Beautiful surroundings Cool location, although close to nothing. Very relaxing. The pool was nice. The room was attractive and very clean. Despite being in the jungle, we saw almost no bugs. The staff does an excellent job sweeping up leaves and spraying for bugs. Food from the restaurant was very good. They had one night that they did a BBQ. They had musicians playing and singing. It was really nice.

The description of the hotel on the site does not match what we found when we got there. The description of the hotel includes a spa and wellness center: there is not any sort of spa/wellness center. The "tour desk" is the reception desk. The wine bar consists of five chairs. Internet regularly did not work in the rooms and worked more regularly in the main lodge. We had a day without hot water, cable, or Internet due to an electrical storm. The hotel did leave a note for each guest aboutnthe storm. By the end of the day (11 pm) they did get all three working again. We asked for a remote the first day we got there and didn't receive one until the morning we left. The location is not near anything and the hotel does not have a bus to take you to the falls. You had to hire a taxi thru the hotel to go the falls. Due to their limited number of drivers, you could not alwys be picked up at the requested time. Despite these things, the hotel is very nice. You should just be aware of these drawbacks prior to booking.

this is a great and really pleasant place to stay, beautiful cabins in the jungle and nice garden with the pool, fine cuisine, professional staff and very good service, absolutely deserving the high ranking of the best place to stay in Puerto Iguazú

Jungle location, helpful staff, good restaurant and excellent facilities.

The staff were extremely friendly and knew a lot about the surrounding wildlife and waterfalls. They offered good advice about how to visit the park and were always on hand to answer our questions. The room was very well appointed and clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. All in all, fantastic stay at a price that was very competitive compared to the rest of market.

Wow. This place was amazing. I loved the jungle setting. The staff were also wonderful. The dinners were great too. A simple menu with the famous meats Argentines are famous for and home made pasta. The nocchi was my favourite of all the pastas. I would most definitely stay here again. No complaints. If your looking for a quite place to stay - this is it. We drove through the city in Iguazu and were glad we did not stay in the town centre.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place; my husband and my child enjoyed it so much, the air, view, noise and peace was an a+.
