L'hotel was perfect. it was quiet, romantic, and beautiful. the location was great. the staff was friendly & went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Great location and service! The staff even helped us with booking a trip to Uruguay. We were sorry there was no availability on the day we returned in buenos Aires. Palermo Viejo is a great neighborhood.

We arrived with an infant coming down with her first cold. The staff were extremely accommodating even switching our room so we could have more space. The asked about her everyday we were there and always made us feel welcome. The courtyard is beautiful and the rooms very clean.

The water in the pool could be a bit warmer.

Comfortable hotel, refreshing little pool, lovely garden, breakfast with warm croissants and perfect coffee, employees friendly and helpfull, good beds and aromatherapy in bathroom, located in palermo viejo.

Streetside not recommendable, very noisy.

Amazing hotel! Great-great staff, willing to help you with anything, super-nice design, very cosy, natural and just very tasteful. The inner yard is so green, atmospheric and welcoming to spend time at. Nicely decorated, clean and isolated rooms with everything you need. Great value for the price!! It's also great neighborhood, Palermo IS the place to stay in the city, you can easily commute to old town and other attractions, but walking around the area in the evening and enjoying plenty of bars, restaurants and designer shops in the area is something you can't substitute. Some of the best restaurants in Buenos Aires are very close by.

The internet signal in some rooms are not that strong.

Boutique style accomodation. Close to great eating spots and easy to get to tourist spots. Staff were excellent.

Palmero is charming and safe: L'Hotel is well located and accessable to restaurants shopping and tourist destinations. Juan, Santiago and Sylvia speak perfect English and were exceptionally helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the bed was 'like home '--perfect! But the garden oasis was sublime and we found it hard to leave. Nice breakfast too. Would Definetly recommend.

Just returned from nearly 3 weeks in Argentina. We stayed in many hotels some being quite expense. NONE compared to L'Hotel Palermo which was BY FAR the best. We loved it from the second we arrived. Santiago was the most gracious host and so helpful. Our room (12...highly recommended) was beautiful...bright, fresh, so clean and the bed is amazing. The location is perfect...just one block from Plaza Serrano. Great food and shopping all around. The metro at Plaza Italia is really not far to walk to and will easily get you across town in minutes. It was the perfect end to our vacation and we could not more highly recommend!

Wifi didnt work in our room and staff kept assuring us that they would reset the modem and it would be ok (it wasn't), hot water took some time (about2-3 minutes), breakfast was a bit weak

The staff were excellent and particularly helpful. The area, Palermo, is a great place for shopping and my wife enjoyed herself immensely. The cuisine in the area is beautiful as well as the Malbec. I will return if i go back to Buenos Aires.

Nothing at all except perhaps the water in the pool was a bit cold.

A beautiful hotel which surpassed our expectations. The staff was absolutely incredible-so anxious to help and do far more than we would have thought of asking them to do. We were delighted with our stay and only wished there was room available when we returned from a trip outside Buenos Aires.

The location is perfect and the hotel really lovely with a wonderful garden and a small pool which make it a haven after the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast is very nice and staff really kid and helpful.

Make sure you don't get a room on the street or you won't sleep! We had to change rooms.
