The site is fantastic; the hotel very functional and convenient. Contrary to some reviews it is not an old monastery, although it may look like one. It was built some six years ago. Icy cold pool, but that is unavoidable given the time of year and altitude of Cachi, I guess.

Cet hotel est situé dans un emplacement magnifique, calme absolu, cadre grandiose. L'hotel lui même est de standing, aménagé avec gout.. Les chambres sont grandes et très confortables Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet hotel rien

La localizacion del hotel, la vista, las instalaciones. Habitacion austera pero muy limpia, baño comodo. Muy lindo el desayunador. Con mi esposo pesabamos descansar por cinco días,por eso preferimos este hotel. Cuanta fue nuestra sorpresa cuando al segundo día habia en los jardines una fiesta para 200 personas, nunca fuimos avisados, no se podia utilizar la galeria, ni la pileta y ni hablar de descansar ya que el ruido era insoportable. Decidimos irnos, y por suerte en Sala de Payogasta encontramos lo que buscabamos. En la Merced son presuntuosos y no brindan lo que ofrecen. No volveria nunca y no lo recomiendo, no es un lugar para sentirse cómodo y sin dudas no vale los 900 pesos que cobran.

El lugar, la vista, la elegancia, los detalles la limpieza y atención No me gustó que el spa no estuviese incluido en el costo siendo que en la mayoría de los hoteles si esta incluido solo se paga masajes y/o algún tipo de servicio especial, pero el jacuzzi no se abona, ni la lluvia escocesa, etc. etc.

Ademas del lugar fantastico, en el Valle de Cachi, donde esta ubicado el hotel, su decoración, ambientación y su cuidada arquitectura, lo mas agradable fue el personal, todos y cada uno en su funcion especifica, atendiendonos de la manera mas atenta, educada y cordial, que en pocos lugares de la Argentina y de otros países que he visitado, pude experimentar. El lugar es precioso! El hotel es muy lindo y la gente muy amable! La comida estaba excelente. La calidad del hotel y su ubicacion, amerita que las habitaciones tengan televisor y Wifi ya que al estar en la montaña y alejado del pueblo, uno se siente un poco aislado de mas!

O tamanho do quarto, o café da manhã e a atenção dos funcionarios. O banheiro precisa ser reformado. Não há nenhum entretenimento no hotel, nem mesmo televisão seja nos apartamentos ou no living, a piscina é aberta, sem aquecimento e o spa é muito modesto. O preço é muito caro pelo que oferece.
