Le Batiment Apartments

We found this apartment to be very good value for a city - centre location and perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It has a fast check-in and allow us to have an early check-in due to our flight delay. The apartment is nice with its own kitchen and facilities u need to cook by yourself. It is in a good location with walking distance to supermarket and restaurant.

No washing machine

Wide, new and very clean room. Kitchen With the whole necessary structure to breakfast and small meals. Near xul solar museum, a place that I did apreciate and shouldn't have gone if I weren't right beside

Not so near a metro, region non turistic, not breakfast included in a diary around eigthy dollars.

Having a studio apartment to ourselves made me feel like I was in a nice hotel for the price of a hostel. I was very happy being there and would absolutely recommend that others stay.

We asked for a room with a balcony and the balcony didn't actually allow you to come and stand on it, it was more of a Juliet balcony that ran across the window.

A great apartment in a beautiful part of the city! A great value through booking.com. Also, an English-speaking staff that are very helpful and very friendly.

No free breakfast (although the $6 breakfast isn´t that bad), and while in a nice area, expect to walk or subway to see any of the attractions.

I was a guest at the hotel on July 7-10 , What you see is what you get. It is exactly as it appeared on their website, can't always say that about other hotels. It a small apartment complex that probably has around 14 apartments. Nice marble floors in the room as well as granite counter tops in the small kitchen they have. We even made breakfast a couple times on our short stay. Antonio, Daniel, and Christian were the clerks in the hotel and they were very helpful and went out of their way for the guest. They gave so much information that made are stay much more enjoyable. Antonio and Daniel spoke very good English which help us with the language barrier. Brian Marblehead, Ohio

La cosa che mi è piaciuta tanto di questo posto è stata la gentilezza e cortesia dello staff, l'appartamento era abbastanza pulito non mancava nulla ed il confort era gradevole, nulla da dire consiglio questo posto per coloro che desiderano ed amano l'impeccabilità

Cozinha equipada; quarto espaçoso, qualidade dos móveis (cama, mesa, tv, etc)

Cordialidade do staff, quartos limpos e bem arrumados, preço justo.

Equipe excelente! Hotel bem equipado e bem confortavél. Próximo a restaurantes e supermercados. Como eu não gostava da comida argentina, que, era sem sal e sem gosto, eu ia ao mercado e fazia minha própria comida no hotel, que por sinal é bem equipada! Se um dia eu voltar a Buenos Aires e não tiver um bairro específico pra ficar, com certeza eu ficarei neste hotel novamente. Ahh... Sem contar que eles trocam dolares por pesos argentinos e com uma ótima taxa.

Localização e custo benefício.

Ficamos em dois apartamentos e gostamos de tudo,muito confortável e o atendimento é excelente ,perfeito para uma família

Proximo a shooppings, e ponto de onibus. Limpo e com custo beneficio bom.

Fogão não funcionou, funcionários, apesar de simpaticos, não sabiam dar informações com precisão.

Apartamentos nuevos, están bien equipados, muy bien ubicado tenes todo a mano. El personal siempre dispuesto.

O hotel tem e faz tudo o que promete. Os apartamento são amplos e confortáveis. Tudo funciona bem.O custo benefício é bastante bom. A região onde fica o hotel é tranquila e tem opções para restaurantes e as compras necessárias. O hotel fica a 3 ou 4 quadras do metrô e a 5 de 2 bons shoppings centers. O atendimento do hotel é cortês e eficiente. Gostamos muito.

Café da manhã gostoso porém muito simples, precisando incluir mais itens como frutas e queijo e presunto.

O flat é muito confortável e espaçoso, tem tv a cabo com muitos canais e wi fi gratis, a equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e simpática e a limpeza, quando feita, é muito boa (nao tivemos a limpeza no domingo e nem no feriado)

Não gostei da localização. Reservei achando que era Recoleta e na verdade é muito longe da Recoleta. Achei distante de tudo, da Recoleta em si, do centro da cidade, de Puerto Madeiro...nao tem nada turístico próximo...tudo tem que pegar taxi com banderada minima de 30 pesos. E o bairro é feio e sujo.

La ubicacion es un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad

la habitacion es amplia ,camas comodas ,el ba´ño muy bueno ,la tele esta bien y una linda cocina, la ubicacion no es excelente pero se va caminando a todos lados desde ahi .

no tienen servicio de limpieza diaria ,no reponen las toallas todos los dias y jabones y no tiene desayuno incluido que otros aparts si . en rlacion a calidad precio es preferible ir a un hotel
