Staff were very helpful, and keen to assist. There was no kettle, but they happily boiled a kettle and provided a teapot of hot water any time of night or day. Hotel was very good value. Both rooms I stayed in were very nice. Location very good, close to good eateries and cafes, and 2 blocks from Callao subway station on the Red Line. Rooms were very quiet.

Internet during my stay was not available in all of the hotel. I moved rooms to a lower floor, as 2nd floor did not maintain internet for any length of time, and internet availability improved. Internet in the reception\dining area was consistently good. The only leisure area also doubled as the smoking area, which as times was covered (it has an opening roof), so it wasn't somewhere I wanted to sit.

Charming and small hotel with a good atmosphere. Staff spoke EN and was attentive. Suite is recommendable and with relaxing jacuzzi. Location right off Av. Corrientes is very good. Breakfast is personalized which was a nice touch. Facilities were all in good order and the suite was tastefully decorated. I've stayed here before and will stay here again!

We didn't care but maybe for others: the suite is on lower ground floor level and looks out/up on the street, so don't book it for the view ;)

    Overall good stay.

Very noisy Street, needs sound isolation towards the street.

This hotel has a nice boutique atmosphere to it, rooms are charming and the facilities are of good quality. Service is fair and with a smile.

Rather central. Staff lent me an electric adapter.

Although some rooms look rather nice at a first sight, almost everything is very poor in the hotel: bathroom full of mould, windows between the room and the corridor (everyone could see me when going to take my shower) and, even worse, between the room and the neighboring room (you won't sleep if your neighbor doesn't want to). No breakfast, but a US$3-coffee instead. A huge noise from the street and from the other rooms, and the windows don't close properly. Poor Wi-Fi (as everywhere in Argentina though).

Buenos Aires is a wonderful city, and the hotel is in a good position to visit it, being walking distance to Congresso and Recoleta. The staff was very nice, and the hotel itself is nice, though a little suffering from the test of time... Breakfast was okeish, a buffet one would be better I think.

The room had a nice hydromassage bath tub, but it was spilling water. I had a bath and flooded half room. Be careful with that. The room was also a little noisy. Double glazing wuld help.
