Staff lovely , hotle very well decorated and the room was really really great with lots of space and place to eat and facilities to do your own tea coffee plus microwave - perfect....
The reception staff is very professional. They helped with everything! Excellent. Comfy bed, spacious room. 24h reception.
Wifi was working really badly in the rooms, it's something they need to fix.
Very cosy, chic hotel where we spent the whole weekend because it was raining the whole time!! The staff were friendly and very helpful and having the kitchen facility was great.
Though the kitchen facility was fantastic, the only thing that would make it better would be to add some items of crockery, bowls for breakfast for example.
Designed Hotel Good prices and the location is also perfect to explore the city
No breakfast included in rate. Dark like others say but not so much that it would deter me from staying again.
I can't believe everyone s rating this as a good place. The location is dangerous, the lobby looks more like a motel than a boutique hotel. Would never recomend it to anyone
Great staff. Good location from which to explore. Superior resto bar. Took many meals there.
Hot tub was not hot.
Lovely hall, good room space, suitable bed kitchenette might be useful.
Very unclean room, nearly helpless personel, multiple ergonomic troubles.
Were very accommodating! I also don't know Spanish hardly. They still treated me with respect, despite; as well as spoke to me in my native tongue.
No adaptors for 110 volt into 220 volt electric. However they said they would charge my cell phone downstairs with the desk.
This hotel has a bit of the W Hotel vibe (Hipster music in English) and Virgin Airlines purple lights. The staff was helpful with arranging a tango show, and other tips like where to catch the bus and metro. Good breakfast (nothing hot) but good variety. Lots if good places to eat nearby. We'll be back. Ps I had a big work project and they had four computers available.
Wifi was best near the elevators and doors to the room which is where my daughter would sit to use wifi. The area isn't Recoleta, so there's some yeah in the street and graffiti on the walls in the neighborhood, but it's a quick walk to some great restaurants and we always felt safe!
The staff were friendly, the rooms are stylish and quiet.
My steak was overcooked, the sockets in the rooms don't take anything but Argentinian plugs (and the reception had run out of adaptors), the wifi was weak, there was loud and annoying music in all the public areas (and televisions everywhere).
Liked everything about this hotel. The design is ultra modern and trendy without being minimalist. Very well done indeed. The rooms are excellent and the staff are fantastic. Came for 1 night and will stay for 6. After 6 months of using hotels throughout north,Central and south America this is the first hotel we could not fault
Central location. Modern decor, kitchenette in room, handy !
Not in a pretty street but close to everything downtown.
very friendly reception desk, nice rooms, very quiet! located in center near av.9V, they arranged pick up from Aeroparque and taxi to Ezeiza. Rooms equipped with kettle, microwave. We booked it twice so I think that tells a lot. They store our luggage for 4 days while we were travelling in Chile.
just small things could be improved - torn towel, bathroom could be cleaner and knob on the door could be fixed, more outfit in bathroom would be helpfull instead of just shampoo and soap ( I mean regarding to the 4 stars they claim to have), tea etc. could be supplemented after 1st day.
Location was ok, staff was very helpful.
Staff are v friendly and helpful
Breakfast was v poor. V little choice... Need to include eggs, bacon (hot food)
it was quite and i could sit outside and listen to music which was good. wifi was great all around the hotel. the staff were excellent at english and helped with everything.
there was no spa pool like advertised and the outside bar was never open which is poor so when i was outside i had to walk downstairs to the bar all the time, i never got checked on
High quality accomodation Clean and confortable Good breakfast and Nice jacuzzi
nice 4 stars hotel with friendly staff, excepted... (see at right)
after more than 30 hours ot travel from europe, at the age of more than 71, it was impossible to make a siesta as the cleaning staff was completely inflexible to change its timetable. the 2nd day, despite the sign "don't disturb" on the door, the cleaner knocked and rang by phone about 50 times(!!). i got up and left after 3 pm, but the room was not made. later the cleaner lied at the reception desk, that she could not clean because of the "don't disturb" sign! this is unheard of in any hotel, esp. in this category and price (significantly more expensive than any comparable hotel i stayed lastly in europe or japan).unfortunataly, i can't recommend this place to anybody needing especial rest (siesta) or families with children needing clean bed and towels every day.
location -- half block to Avda del Mayo, three blocks to Congress building, two blocks to Avda Nueve de Julio -- also bed very comfortable.
breakfast was very poor
The bathroom could be renovated
Staff was very nice and helpful. They did not hesitate to help us when my husband's wallet was stolen and we had to cancel credit cards. Room was nice, updated and small kitchen area was a plus. Bed was very comfortable also.
The street that the hotel sits on is unattractive and not in a nice area. There were dumpsters in front of some places down the street, trash blowing around, bars on the windows. I did not feel safe at all walking there at night. During the day was better but still, not a pretty place.
well designed hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful
It is difficult to find fault. My only recommendation is the cracked glass above the bar should be replaced
I didn"t like tha bathroom.Old.No clean. The breakfast was the same every day. No other choice.
good location and room facilities
the housekeeping was very poor; several times we had to look for the maid in order to do her duty
