Lennox Buenos Aires    

Super central. Very trendy and modern, with a luxurious edge- extremely clean and the rooms are very generous. Bed was comfortable, hotel had lovely features like the patio outside and the terrace with the hot tubs.Staff were really lovely, couldn't have been more helpful.

Food in restaurant didn't compare to the standard of food generally in Buenos Aires. It's fine for convenience, but there's a lot better out there.

Modern hotel.

Very poor breakfast, no hot meal. Small room with a practicaly useless kichenet. Neighbourhood not safe and feel insecure in the night.

Close proximity to main attractions in the city center and metro stop. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and good looking room, bathroom in particular Friendly girl at the bar, who served us a delicious pizza and drinks on the terrace.

Overall lighting of the hotel seemed too dark (the theme was more towards black/dark color). The room lighting too was bit on darker side.

The service was good. The breakfast was good. Cheap compared to the stranderd.

Not so safe to og out in the neibourhood in evening.

Needing access card to go down in lift - woulld have been issue if accidently locked out of room.

We woukd like to thank the personnel, especially ,the recepcionists and the ones in charge of the dinning room. Manuel was great, very helpful and nice. Also Esteban and Daniel. You have great employees and this makes a big difference when you are traveling in a foreign country. Thanks a lot.

My room was too small but next time I will request for a bigger room even if it might cost more

The staff were always very helpful and nice when answering questions. Everything was clean and the hydro massage bathtub was amazing, specially after a long day walking. The breakfast was delicious as well and they have variaty of choices to eat. The also offer an excellent lunch for a fair price (cheaper then restaurants in general).

Even when it is located only 5-6 blocks away from the Obelisc, the street of the hotel is rather dark and empty, which can produce a feeling of insecurity (however, nothing happened to us). Guests would appreciate a map with the public transportation.

We liked everything

The front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. They always were very helpful and patient with any questions or requests we had.

We had to ask for towels and items such as shampoo to be replaced. My opinion was this was probably one employee. The location was close to the main tourist areas however as most of the businesses in the immediate area were wholesale business there was little pedestrian traffic in the evening. This made us feel a little uncomfortable walking in the area at night

We liked the Place very much. It's a calm place in the middle of the hectic city - especially the whirlpools on the roof-terrace. Great breakfast - entremly helpful staff - great views from the 10 th Floor.

Hotel is located on a dark (but this is what makes it a "hidden gem")

Excellent service, friendly staff and good security systems. The decor creates a very ambient, relaxing and hip atmosphere with cool music background, beatiful garden patio, jacuzzis and sauna on the roof. IIt felt like a hide away island in the busy downtown. Very conveniently located just few blocks away from Avenida De Mayo and Obelisk.

We missed eggs for breakfast. When I asked the waitress whether we could order eggs she told us they did not serve them.
