View and Room, people and service ok They gave me free coffee. Room service pizza and wine. Staff is friendly. They charge you to bring food to your room which is ok.
I arrived very early was exhausted and my room was not ready for several hours which is not their fault. The Jacuzzi was not working in the room and then they moved me to another room in a few days. I did not want to be moved. When I turned the water on in the shower the water sprayed in my face. The maid should put the lever for the shower down so it points into the tub.
Loved the friendly and helpful employees.... The views are amazing The suite is absolutely amazing We stayed here for our last two nights of our honeymoon.....saved the BEST for last!!
The wifi is really bad! You have to sign back into their network whenever you want to use your phone / iPad...
The setting of Lirolay Suites is just breathtaking. Large windows frame magnificent views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the snow-capped Andes beyond. Balconies provide plenty of space to just absorb the beauty that is Bariloche and it's surrounds. Suites are modelled on ski-chalets with plenty of wood and rustic touches, spacious and so welcoming. Bathroom is huge, double sinks, spa-bath, rain shower, separate toilet, toiletries, bathrobes and everything you could need. Bedroom big and bedding very comfortable and the balcony and huge window provided plenty of opportunity to gaze out at the scenery from bed! A well-equipped kitchenette and a small, beautifully prepared room-service menu was extremely useful after a hard days sightseeing. Lounge area was comfortable and contained other sleeping options for we three adults. The staff were so welcoming - we arrived very late at night following delayed flights and it was no trouble to prepare some much-needed food and settle us in. Nicholas was so wonderful to us and helped organise tours and excursions to suit our needs. The area is just stunningly beautiful and Lirolay Suites is the perfect place to both explore from and just relax in. Highly recommend this amazing property.
We had a wonderful stay at the Lirolay Suites - the room was fantastic with incredible views and the staff were extremely helfpul. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
Excellent views with lots of windows. Clean and roomy. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. We had the hot tub that overhung. On the bus route and easy to get taxis to town.
Not enough closet space. Lots of steps if you stay down the hill.
The views are incredible... right on the lake. The rooms are great with stunning views out the windows. The grounds are lovely with places to sit. Looks like the main building upper balconies had the best views. We were down below in the rooms with the overhaning hot tubs. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Very nice housekeeper. Cook was nice and you could order your eggs freshly cooked. Right on the bus line which was great if you didn't have a car and were tired of taxis.
Lots of steps to get to our room down the hill. English at front desk for some of staff was not good. Very slow internet at computer in lobby with multiple messages that browsers needed updating. Can't imagine coming in ski season and having no place to put all your clothes. very small closet space.
My sister and I were worried about not having a car in Bariloche but Lirolay was so helpful with booking our excursions and arranging for cars to pick us up at our hotel. The rooms were clean, large and had spectacular views! We loved everything about this quaint hotel. The location was perfect and it was right on the water. There was one day we slept in and missed breakfast and the kitchen kept a plate of croissants and coffee out for us. I guess those are the type of benefits you get from staying at a boutique hotel. Francisco and Matias at the front desk were amazing. They arranged the last day to have a Remis pick up our luggage from the hotel and bring them into town to pick us up and take us direct to the airport.
Nothing! It was perfect!
Incredible place to stay. Staff are all simply fantastic, from reception to chef to housekeeping. Great location in between town centre and the western sights (Campanario, Llao-llao etc) so great base to explore from. Right on 7km mark so easy for bus usage even with limited Spanish. Breakfast cooked to order. They do breakfast boxes if you depart early. Incredible views. Best "hotel" I've ever stayed at.
Couldn't stay there forever.
Very calm, nice lake view from the room. Easy access to great view points(by car). We enjoyed tasty cakes in the breakfast.
Nothing. It is recommendable to come by car, since it is 15km from Bariloche city, and only few restaurants around the hotel.

Amazingly helpful staff, incredible views, and big, comfortable room (we had one of the Lake Suites). The location was as good as you can expect in Bariloche...a few km outside of downtown, a short bus ride from some of the scenery, and 2 km from a great restaurant, Boliche de Alberto.
Incredible view from the terrace at Room no.10. Very pleasant helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good proximity to the Butterfly Restaurant, which is serious about its food and wine.
The bus timetable to/from Bariloche. Make sure you check the timetable and understand when there is a 2hr plus gap! Taxis are cheap though!
this hotel has spectacular views of the Nahuel Huapi Lake. The room is equipped with a kitchen, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very spacious and comfortable bed.
Would have liked to have had an area where you can use the computer from the hotel, have a printer etc. Would suggest having a little stepping stool to get in and out of the jacuzzi. Hotel charged three times (and per person)more the use of the arranged taxi from airport to hotel when you can catch a taxi for a fraction of the cost. Hotel charged $335 Pesos versus $140.00 pesos if you caught the taxi at the aiport.
I really enjoyed the view from the room and the friendliness and excellent service from the young staff. The small restaurant serves very good food and great wine. Breakfast is very satisfying. If I visit Bariloche again, I will stay at this hotel without a doubt.
Nothing negative, but if you are staying for more than three days and want to move around freely, then you should rent a car.
