Free internet and very helpful yes, on booking they say shuttle service is provided. It is but they overcharge, they ask 140$ and taxi from airport is only 100$ |

The staff and owners were really friendly and welcoming, they made us feel at home from the moment we got there. Also the location in palermo was good, close to downtown but also near some good bars and restaurants in palermo. |

Livian Guest House ademt de sfeer waarop je hoopt als je een Guest House in Palermo boekt. Grote houten deuren, supersfeervol ingericht en aangekleed. Julia's Tango live, top! De badkamer vertoonde wat mankementen: de douche viel af en toe van de muur en de wc spoelde niet altijd goed door. Wanneer je een badkamer deelt met andere gasten is dit een beetje vervelend. Maar het mocht voor ons de pret niet drukken. |

Dos funcionários (staff) O lugar possui apartamentos sem ar-condicionado e com banheiros externos, compartilhados. Portanto, sequer deveria ser qualificado como hotel. E mais, tal fato não está suficientemente claro no site da Booking, de acordo com as regras do direito do consumidor. A casa, é uma casa, está mais para um albergue ou bed and breakfast. As fotos do site em nada correspondiam ao quarto em que fiquei. |

da cama O café da manhã era de péssima qualidade pelo menos para os padrões brasileiros. Não serviam queijos, presuntos, ovos. O quarto não tinha frigobar nem televisão. O ar condicionado não funcionou no último dia. |

Ter saido o mais rapidamente dele, pois é deprimente chegar em Buenos Aires a primeira vez, e se deparar com lençois sujos de sangue e lençol de baixo com cabelos de um outro hóspede. toahas manchadas de sujeiras, e travesseiros com cheiro de suor. Eu trabalho há 22 anos em Turismo no Brasil e nunca fiquei em um lugar tão sujo. Eu tiraria do site com certeza. Tirar do Site é mais seguro e inserir um outro Guest ou albergue |

La atención personalizada, la calidez de las instalaciones, la confianza que se vive en el hotel. No es que no me haya gustado solo que para quienes no le gusten compartir los baños esta no es su elección |

Me gustó mucho el buen ambiente que se creó con los otros huéspedes y la calidez y los buenos consejos brindados por la pareja que regentan la casa. Además, es un sitio decorado con muy buen gusto. Es un muy buen sitio para estar en caso de visita por turismo. Si se va para trabajar tiene un poco el inconveniente de no poder realizar llamadas a celulares o teléfonos fijos que no sean de Buenos Aires capital. De todos modos, cerca del Livian hay locutorios. |

Het hotel wordt geleid door een vriendelijk en zeer toegankelijk stel. Zij en het personeel doen alle moeite om je letterlijk thuis te laten voelen. Makkelijk en laagdrempelig contact met andere gasten. Slecht ontbijt, weinig comfort. Meer geschikt voor jeugd en backpackers. geen luxe. |
