Bruno & Staff were able to create truly homely atmosphere and comfort. I am grateful for their attention, expert advice and assistance in sightseeing and exploring local attractions in Buenos Aires and its surroundings.

The staff is amazing and couldn't be more helpful. They really Care about your stay and are always ready to help organize your day or provide tips on where to go and how. They always try to make your stay speciel. Staff speaks great english, so don't worry if your spanish is not the best. Wifi was fine on our iphones, but some of the rooms close to the garden sometimes lost connection. Could always be connected in the Common areas which are very nice. Breakfest was nice especially on sundays and rooms are very comfortable. Nice and clean. Palermo is a very nice and safe area with a lot of good restaurants and shops. Would really recomment this place and hence stayed there all our time 8 days in Buenos Aires.

A small thing is that bed in the pink room is very soft. If this is important try getting red room.

bathroom was separate from the room. bathroom was cold and little bit dirty. Room is outdated and needs some investment. simple breakfast.

Such a beautiful boutique style hotel in a beautiful suburb of BA. The staff are so kind and helpful, and gave great recommendations of places to eat, shop, see.. anything really! Breakfast was fantastic with fruit salad, yoghurt, breads, croissant, juice, tea and coffee etc. Out the back is a gorgeous outdoor terrace which was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine on a sunny day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We loved this place!! We booked for three nights and decided to stay an extra three after our first night. Its a beautiful period home in a great location with lovely comfy beds and great common areas. Staff were terrific - really helpful at any hour of the day. We have been travelling for a few months in South America and this was by far our favourite place to stay.

Located in a neighborhood with a lot of restaurants. Metro was about a 15 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and recommended nice restaurants and places to visit. The buffet breakfast was a welcomed change to the usual toast and eggs. The shower pressure was great and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful common area and nice area to relax. We used the kitchen to heat up meals and relax.

The room had old paint and carpeting and was a bit more dated than the pictures showed. There were mosquitoes in the room. The wi-fi cut in and out in the room but was strong in the common areas.

    the phonograph

the paintings in the passion room (and elsewhere) who were all from the same artist and with the same style... it was a bit excessive...

The staff were fantastic, the room lovely and the outside space at the back. The whole place was so relaxing a little oasis of calm in buenos aires and there was also a great breakfast. Couldn't recommend it more.

    Really nice breakfast

I've just woke up with cat poop on my luggage. Later I've just found that there was a cat inside of my room

The staff was really nice, location is good and it was very clean. It really felt very cosy and homely, breakfast was very simple but very nice and fresh.

My toilet tank broke on a Sunday and they couldn't get someone to fix it so they had to move me to another room which was smaller then on my last day there was no hot water in the morning (peak usage hour) but they did offer me a free late check out so I could go back and shower before leaving and they were very nice about the whole issue, to me was typically a "home" issue, wasn't a big deal just know that you're going to a guest house and not a hotel and you should be fine.

The staff were so lovely and went out of their way to make sure you were okay. Large comfortable and homely rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Also the location is a 10-15 minute walk from central Palermo but this is good as it spares you the noises of the traffic etc at all hours.

The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Although only a short distance from a major avenue (avenida Cordoba), the hotel is really quiet. We returned to Livian after travelling to the north of the country, which speaks for itself.
