Reasonably well equipped kitchen for an apartment. All you needed for simple meals. Clean. Hot water and wifi worked. All in all, recommended.

A little overpriced compared to elsewhere, otherwise we would have extended our stay. Noisy due to traffic outside, but thrn its BA.

Spacious and comfortable room right in the heart of central Buenos Aires, easy access to sights, shopping, and restaurants

Not the most picturesque location but in the middle of the all the "must do" places in BA. Room was large, comfortable and well equipped.

You need to have a basic understanding of Spanish because none of the staff we encountered could speak English.

Convenient location, easy to come and go, cleanliness.

Internet connection was horrible.

It had everything we wanted in an apartment and its location was ideal - we could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to; when venturing further afield it was easy to get there by public transport and cheap if we needed to catch a taxi. The amenities were comfortable, although not luxurious; the staff were polite enough, but not very 'available' (ie work 9-5 on weekdays). We prefer apartment living when travelling so for us it was a great choice.

There was no-one around to fix the Wi-fi on Sunday which is an issue for business travellers like myself.

It's in a busy area, so there is some traffic noise even on the higher floors.

The apartment is beautiful and stylish, has a really nice bed, bathroom and kitchen. It is perfectly clean, and is cleaned every day. I would recommend the place, the location is awesome, the price is accessible(be careful with the 21% tax on top of the price tag) and there is a Starbucks next door. But there are some cons.

The staff is not that friendly, but they are virtually non-existent since the only time you speak with them is when you pay. Don't expect them to be there to solve other problems: 1)My tourist guide called and left a message which I never received. 2)They leave at 17h, and all that is left is the door guard, which does not have any information 3)They leave earlier on saturday, and there is nobody but the guard during the whole day on sunday. So if you are leaving and wish to leave your bags in the hotel after check out, you will not be able to unless the guard decides to help you on his own account - he is not authorized to do so. Oh, and by the way, the elevator makes loud beeping noises ALL NIGHT AND MORNING.

Check in was easy. Staff was great. Email communication fast and efficient. Bed and pillows very confortable. Kitchenette was basic but well equiped: coffee, toaster, microwave, fridtge, basic pots/pans/dishes/cork screw/fridge/etc.basics of coffee, tea, sugar, etc. was provided which was great. Room cleaning was provided daily as part of rate - they even did dishers which I did not expect! Safe in room - a plus - toiletries included too. Overally an excellent deal.

Everything was great EXiCEPT for the noise, noise, noise!!! When we booked all the reviews were excellent but many mentioned noise. The constant buses and cars was incessent and even with ear plugs made a good night''s sleep impossible. Simply installing double windows would make a huge difference. Given the number of reviews that mention this issue, I hope the hotel would do this because it would make it truly the perfect balance of price, location and confort.

Excellent location, next to the subway ( less than 100 metres). There is a Starbucks next to the entrance door of the building. Very comfort apartments (remember this not a hotel) with nice bed, closet and shower.

Perfect location, in the middle of everything, the Subte station is just one block from the hotel. New facilities with great atmosphere inside..

Just bear in mind that breakfast is not including ( you can pay about 12 used per person) The road is very crowded and busy even during the nights, try to ask the upper floors. You might hear the elevator signals all during the night... I will go back to this hotel in my next trip to Buenos...

Gostamos principalmente do espaço, limpeza, localização excelente (próximo a restaurantes, supermercados, metrô), cozinha ampla e totalmente equipada. Certamente nos hospedaremos novamente.

Um pouco barulhento, devido a localização em avenida movimentada, não chegando a atrapalhar.

Localização excelente no centro de Buenos Aires e perto das principais avenidas que estão e te levam aos melhores lugares da cidade. Limpeza periódica dos aptos! Possibilidade de utilização do telefone do apto sem custo pra adiantar reservas e outros passeios pela cidade.

Ficamos acomodados em um quarto de frente para a Viamonte em um andar baixo e o barulho incomoda muito.

No hay mucho control de quien entra o sale del edificio.

El equipamiento, la comodidad y la ambientacion del departamento. Como tambien la ubicacion y el muy buen trato del personal. Muy recomendable!

Me gustó la ubicación, fui para la feria del libro y tenía el subte a unos pasos. Las recepcionistas amorosas, un trato genial. SILENCIO para descansar y mucho confort!!!

En el baño haría falta un pasamanos para salir de la bañera, sobre todo para personas grandes o con inconvenientes, solo eso.

El confort y limpieza impecable. Tiene un tamaño muy bueno. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para ser usada, cubiertos, enceres, etc. Tiene cafetera y tostadora muy bien!!

En los pasillos casi siempre hay olor a comida. Deberian advertir que no hay personal a la noche hasta las 9 de la mañana (no se puede dejar maletas esperando el check in) y no es posible disponer de alarma para desperierte

El personal me pareció bastante antipáticos, pero correctos.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Muy linda la habitación y la estética del hotel en general. La habitación era además muy cómoda, contaba con una cocina y todo lo necesario. La limpieza estaba bien, y la atención tanto del portero como la del servicio muy buena.

Después de las 17 hs no hay nadie en recepción. Me pareció muy poco serio que hagan esto, le quita muchos puntos.

Genial la ubicación y la calidad del lugar, cerca de todo y a metros de un Starbuck, en una zona media entre Once, Palermo y el Centro... 100% recomendable, para los que van en auto, cochera en el mismo edificio

Central Gut für mit Familie oder Freunden treffen Bueno para recibir familia o amigos, pues el departamento tiene un gran living y está la posibilidad de utilizar la terraza con su parrilla.
