NO lobby NO staff to ask questions NO staff to request any question NO one can give you help for taxi order to the Airport NO one can speak with you regarding you needs in short this is NOT hotel at all.
The staff was pleasant and the facilities were great. We took advantage of the laundry area downstairs and the gym. The location was good and overall this place was excellent value.
A tiny complaint, but many hotels have outlets adapted for international travellers. I would say the issue was ours for not planning better, but having European or North American outlets would have made this place even better.
Pooor Wi-fi signal Office hours Noisy street
Their is a starbucks on the first floor, and a carrefour mini mart close by. The cleaning staff were very friendly and put love into their work, it truly makes a difference.
The staff at the office (livin residence) was rude, each time I asked a question they acted as if I were a burden for speaking with them. They did not look me in the eyes, nor did they smile. The pictures on the web page were misleading, they led me to believe the rooms were much larger. The wifi for down for 2 days, and when it was up it was very slow. The kitchen didnt have a can opener, nor a pan large enough to make soup.
Superior-suite for three persons worked perfectly: lots of space both in bedrooms and in kitchen / living room. Enough kitchen facilities for small cooking. Secure (guarded) and clean place. Good location right next to subway D, also almost walking distance to downtown. Highly recommended over cramped hotel rooms.
Although we stayed in the 9th floor the noise from the street came easily through windows which can be a problem for light sleepers.
I like Livin brand in general as I use their branch in Frankfurt a lot last year. The location is very good and the facilities very good standard I would use Livin again but not in Buenos Aires - If it wasn't for their rude personnel!!!
One of the guard was really really rude when I asked an information. Same with the guy in reception full of attitude and slow. I only stayed 2 nights out of the 3 I booked, and when I asked the receptionist to contact booking.com to check for a refund he refused. I notified this well in advance at my check in but! Never again this place.
good maaaintainance, clean, bad odors near entrance to bathroom
its a building where other people live not only for the living residence, Doesnt have a place to have breakfast in the building garage s some places are ocuppied or rented for outside people that you dont know who they are Ther is no reception and if you arrive later than 6pm the office its closed
The bedspread were worn out They do not have blankets in the closet Coffee makers and toasters are white plastic and showing sign of extreme use.... They should put stainless steel small appliances that are durable and clean
The apartment was very clean though more worn looking than the photos, it was a good size place, comfortable bed, the TV had many channels. Te location is close to Teatro Colon and the downtown and was very easy to get taxis at the corner.
The internet was more down than up and even when up was not stable for very long.
They never answer the phone or giving the messages that had been left,
Location, privacy and the friendliness of the staff.
Terrace closed due to refurbishment.
Sadly, there's NOTHING good to say about this place.
The stuff was disrespectful and careless, the Internet never worked (thank god there's a Starbucks right below the building), the rooms don't get clean until 6pm on weekdays (imagine what weekends are like), we stayed for more than 6 days and they never changed the sheets even though we asked for it at the reception office, the telephone never worked so we couldn't get a hold of the reception from the room, we sent a few emails out to the manager and also called her, guess what, She NEVER answered to us up to this day. Don't stay here please, it would ruin your stay in beautiful buenos aires.
Booked one of the larger rooms and it was a good choice. The staff were helpful and room cleaning was great. The location is decent, right near the subway with a few shops nearby for groceries. It was nice to have a large suite to relax in.
Road noise is pretty loud so get a higher room. The washing machine and dryer broke down, more of the building management's problem. Definitely find a way to change US$ on the change houses on Florida Street as the rate is substantially better. The official exchange rate was 5.95 but I got 9.7 at the Cambios. Makes a huge difference in affordability. Also take enough US$ for the trip and larger bills get better rates.
