Read about this hotel in "1000 Things to do before you die" book. And it was as good as I had hoped and well worth a visit. The location is to die for- beautiful lakes, snowy mountains... The hotel is of the old traditional elegant style and a real classic from the chocolates on the pillows to the carefully laid slippers and mat beside the bed the perfect turndown to the extravagant ballroom breakfast. All perfect.
Not much to dislike but I did think the scones at the High Tea were very very and disappointing and the jam was runny with not much fruit. This is a small disappointment in a perfect stay.
The best breakfast
Hotel location is amazingly beautiful, nice view from the mountains and lake. Services are great ans staff also. Excellent choice!
The location and views were amazing.
The food was acceptable but not memorable.
Love the place nice location and alot of options for activities perfect hide out fot outdoor people
We did not especially liked the dinner it was not the quality you would expect from a hotel like this altough bars tea and breakfast was delicious.
The location , the view , the hotel itself..The breakfast , the staff ..
We were there in February and it's was hot inside , everywhere it was hot , the room, the hallways , the breakfast room , the restaurants .. We wish they would have opened the windows more , especially because the weather was so nice outside ..
Loved the staff attentiveness The ambience was brilliant
I especially liked that the hotel met the standards that were set out. Also, the entire staff was friendly and willing to assist. Also, I enjoyed the scheduled walks and the pool.
The food was good, but there was no zing to it...except the pastry.
staff not that helpfull
The location was more than stunning and the hotel itself is very beautiful.thank you Booking. Com
Beautiful views and wondeful pool.
Everything was great
Excellent staff with great hospitality even before check-in, sending us the useful information how to enjoy our stay there.
Breathtaking, fantastic, stunning... I am missing adjectives to qualify this place! A must do if you are planning to go to Bariloche. Everything, from the building itself, to the surroundings, food, personnel and spa was perfect. It was really difficult leaving the place, only to hope we can come back some day.
We loved the place, the hotel in general, their restaurants, we and the walks they organize around the area, is simply beautiful! we also enjoyed the great in-outdoor pool on a rainy day! we generally search for places with great gourmet offers and Llao Llao Hotel met our expectations!
Would love to have entertainment options for the kids if we stayed for longer periods!
Location. Fantastic views. Santiago (concierge) was very helpful. In general service was very good.
Food. Breakfast was good but meal at Cafe / Rest Patagonia was one of worst we have ever had. It was certainly the worst of the 5 day trip (and with a group of 5 the opinion was unanimous). Bad and very expensive.
The environment where the hotel is placed and its luxury. One time only experience.
I must say that the location is quite an obstacle if you want to experience Bariloche and the life around the city and its surroundings, instead of the hotel itself. It is too far and overpriced to get around.
