We thought the desk staff were quite nice but really that was the only thing we liked about the hotel other than the location.

The hotel, in particular the guest room, was in poor condition. Really a 2 star. Everything felt old and needing an upgrade. The carpet was in very poor condition and should have been changed years ago. I didn't feel comfortable in the guest rooms - the sheets, etc. The room didn't feel clean. We were suppose to stay 7 nights and only stayed 1. We had to ask 3 times for a crib even though we had the request on the original reservation.

I thought your staff were out of this world!! They were so friendly and helped me and answered my questions all the time. The room was lovely and the maids did a wonderful job cleaning. The location was great and I loved staying in your hotel! Thank you,

I would like a little more variety in breakfast. By the end of the week a change would have been nice. The food was good though.

The staff was very helpful and polite, the hotel was very charming and the location was excellent.

The breakfast staff wasn't prepared to receive so many visitors (although the quality of the food was very very good) and the hotel reception doesn't reply to emails

I made the reservation over the website, at the hotel they charge me in Argentinian Pesos, at a very high rate of the us Dollars

The location was excellent.

The breakfast was nice and the room was truly a sweet, it had a small fridge as well as microwave and dishes. Also, the third bed was in a separate room from the master double bed, and the door could be shut between the two rooms.

Great location. Nice staff. Nice breakfast room but choices limited. Good coffee. It was nice to have a 'living room' separate from bedroom.

Limited or very sporatic wifi.

It's efficient and friendly service, and fantastic location - we walked to the restaurant.

O Hotel é bastante confortável, o espaço do quarto é muito bom, a mini cozinha atende ao básico, no nosso caso, esquentar mamadeiras e lanchinhos, a calefação é excelente, o café da manhã muito bom, acho que vale quanto custa!

Poderiam fazer melhorias na área de tecnologia, os computadores á disposição dos hóspedes são muito velhos, talvez criar um ambiente wi-fi, acho que se o restaurante do hotel funcionasse 24h tambem seria muito bom, renovar as toalhas e lençois que já estão bem poídos seria legal!
