Very friendly and useful staff. Confortable bed and good cable tv.

Internet is free only in the lobby but you need to pay extra to have it in the room (not very expensive though).

noisy at night,no free wi-fi in rooms,to expensive to get in your room,hotel is to cheap to give free Wi-Fi in room unless you pay,only free in front lobby and there is very little room there. for heaves sake you get free Wi-Fi in McDonalds even.i would not book there again

location is very central

it says breakfast is included but you pay extra for eggs and it are the most expensive eggs, i eat in my whole life, 10 dollar a day. Internet is also extremely expensive. I wish the personel was more helpfull for this kind of things, it's like how can we get more money from our costumers. furniture was old, we found hair of previous custumors on the carpet

The price and location.

The room a bit old. Hotel helps to arrange the transfer to airport but the driver selected a long way that we nearly can't catch the flight.

The location is very good. The staff very pleasant, helpful.and friendly. The rooms are clean and the building is safe. I would use the hotel on my next visit over other hotels I have used in the past.

Lois Suites Arenales has excellent location in the Buenos Aires Retiro section. We were able to walk to a great many areas: Florida shopping street; major plazas; easily accessible to other areas, such as Recoleta. As well, taxis and transport were readily available. The staff was outstanding--a major priority for us. Very helpful in arranging tours, tickets to shows, information about area, etc. The hotel is older and not a High Luxury one, but very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast service too. We would stay there again.

Rooms were very basic and could stand some upgrade--but nonetheless, these were very satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and amenities.

Son dos cosas las que más me gustaron: La primera, su ubicacion. La segunda el trato cordial de todo el personal.

La habitación triple no tiene tres camas. Esto debería quedar en claro cuando la ofrecen.

Zumbido molesto del Frigo Bar de la Kitchenette y compresor de Aire Acondicionado repercutiendo su sonido en Patio interno.

Muy buena ubicación. Excelente relación de precio y calidad. Buen desayuno.

óTima localização (rua calma e bonita), próximo aos principais pontos turísticos (a pé ou de táxi); atenção e simpatia dos funcionários; quarto grande e agradável (com uma pequena cozinha muito útil, com frigobar, pia e microondas); banheira pequena, mas muito reconfortante após um dia inteiro de caminhada.

Wi-fi gratuito apenas no lobby (nos quartos é pago); banheiro com box de cortina (desconfortável e estranho a nós brasileiros); carpete no quarto, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa hospedagem. E de termos que ir embora...

El desayuno nos avisaron que comenzaba a las 6,30 hs y abrieron el salón a las 7,05 el domingo 21/4. Teníamos que ir a Ezeiza y teníamos poco tiempo por lo que tuvimos que llegar de apuro. Un detalle a tener en cuenta
