Great Staff ,location and value for money
I have know this hotel for last 10 yrs . Time for the management to renovate this hotel . I am not going to stay in future ..
Location and price.
I would say bathroom and furniture a little bit old.
I liked the location of the hotel, the staff was nice, the size of the bathroom and the room.
When I arrived the bathroom was not clean. Hair on the floor, in the bathtube. The bed linen was not immaculate either. Next door there was a couple. At 2 am they were having sex, which is fine but the fight that followed was not. I don't actually care what other guests are doing but some soundproofing would be nice. There's only one waitress working at breakfast. I was kind of sorry for her workload.
Good accommodation in the heart of Buenos Aires. Everything works, staff are great to help and make your stay easy. Facilities are good.
Tiny smell of humedity in the room but no big deal.
Well outfitted one bedroom apartment with air conditioning, tastefully decorated. Pleasant breakfast room.
Paying for wi-fi, no pots and pans for the kitchenette.
Location is excellent. Right in the middle of parks and shopping.
The beds were so soft I took the mattress off and slept on the floor. Definitely need to upgrade their twin beds.
Old fashioned hotel with fantastic location
Old toilet facilities
I liked the location, rooms was nice, bathroom was nice.
the carpet looked old.
Location was close to Sante Fe, Florida Street, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was usual south american fare: sliced meat, pastries, juice and coffee.
Hotel closer to 3 stars. Room was showing wear, closets and carpets. Elevator were very small. Room had very strong cleaner smell that persisted for a night. In room wifi (included in booking.com rate) was spotty and slow at times.
- Location - Super friendly staff - Good breakfast
- This hotel is listed as 4 stars on Booking.com but this can't be true. The rooms and facilities are SO OUTDATED, I don't think they've seen any renovations since early 70ies. - The shower curtain was manually cut in such a crooked way that it didn't cover the side of the tub. Water leaked on to the bathroom floor. - The flush didn't work properly, so for each time you use the bathroom, you had to spend 5-10 minutes to flush multiple times hoping and praying that what's in the bowl will flush away.
Hotel is good, but for that price you can find better choice!
Location was the best. Walking distance to Florida Avenue, the Obelisk, great restaurants, yet the street was quiet and peaceful. Also, the staff at reception desk were very helpful.
The elevator was a bit small and needed some mechanical attention. Also, breakfast bar set up was a bit awkward and caused "traffic jams" of people in the dining facility.
Quiet room, nice breakfast assortment, staff very helpful.
Location is perfect. Quiet street but easy walk to everything. Staff at the reception desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. A great value for the money.
Breakfast bar was a little confusing and crowded. Elevators could maybe use some maintenance.
Location is excellent - close to Recoleta, bus station and Aeroparque.
Wi-fi was very poor. Mattress on the bed was soft. It can be very noisy outside because of the area.
Well located hotel in a safe area and close to the main sights. Comfortable bed.
No safe in the room. Wifi is free only in the reception and breakfast area. You have to pay to use it in the room.
Clean, good location, safe, good staff, good breakfast. Near to a parking lot (hotel parking was full). Overall a good hotel. I would stay again.
There´s no safe-deposit box in the room or at the hotel. Rooms are a bit worn out, but nothing that could affect the experience.
Excellent location in the very center - 200 m from Sen Martin place. You can arrange combination bus+taxi by Tienda Leon upon arrival at EZE international airport, which costs only 165 pessos and they drive you down to door! The bed is enough comfortable, There is a supermarket in front and Carrefour in just 200 m on the same side of street. The staff is very helpful - they gave extra 3 hours free after checkout time!
Wifi was not the fastest, but still OK, the furniture is not too new, but OK too
Location and breakfast.
No iron in the room.Bell service not available. Elevators in the hotel need to be fixed-the doors wasn't working properly. No shower gel and body lotion-so bring your own.
This is a good hotel on a good spot in the city Friendly people at the desk Rooms are good Don.t expext the ultimate luxery But why ? You don.t need this in B.A It is my favorite hotel in B.A
Stayed 5 nights, enjoying the city and the surrounding area. We were greeted warmly by the staff every evening. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff spoke English fluently. Very willing to arrange transportation. Breakfast was excellent. Wonderful value.
Very well located in the downtown. Close to the main Buenos Aires Attractions. The staff is really nice and polite. The breakfast was very assorted, very close to the Brazilian Colonial Breakfast.
I had nothing to complain about the hotel while staying there.
