Femragende ophold med exelent placering. Lækker mad og værelser, Super betjening af tjenere m.m. Værelse rengøres forsent hverdag ! En mindre god ting: Receptionener er mindre god til at vejlede om ture m.m Kunne kun efter stort pres sørge for en guidet tur til vandfaldene. Ikke godt ellers alt super godt. et dejligt ophold som blev anbefalet af vores datter og vi giver anbefali ngen videre til vores venner og argentinske familie. |

water in the room is yellow, swimming pool is nice, but the quality of water cannot used. Hotel location is faraway from the main street around 3.5 kilometes. |

Impressive, in the true jungle, with beautiful rooms. The buildings, despite being very well built, are a bit too big for the sacrality of the location; perhaps bungalows would have been more appropriate. |

Lovely hotel although the road to it is not quite finished yet. The hotel itself is just luxury and the staff were very helpful. Very good food and large room. |

Fine hotel, although realise that it is remotely located inside the jungle with a very poor (and durning rain) muddy road towards it. Therefore dining outside the hotel will cost you twice a taxi. |

The nature is beautiful, one morning we did even see two "pica-pau" in front of our window. Rooms are very nice as well as the swimming pools. Food was very good. My parents liked the hotel very much as did my children. On our last day one of the pools turned dirty and it was impossible to enter. There were still other pools available. I hope that the hotel will be able to resolve this type of problem in the future quicker, because part of the beauty of the hotel lays in these swimming pools. |

the hotel is very luxurious, the rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated My room had a dirty floor. The shower head was broken. The outflow from the shower was blocked. After repair, I heard from the hotel staff that it was my fault because I turned the water that was too hot!. Water in the hotel is taken from a local river, which is very polluted. Filters at the hotel are not sufficient. Water is not safe to drink. The water in the pool looked awful. On the surface of the water you can see strange spots, when I asked about spots I received information that I can swim in the pool even though the water looks ugly, because it is only essential for sunbath… Unfortunately, the weakest part is the hotel staff… starting from the reception, bar, restaurant up to the room service ... |

the hotel was very well appointed - we enjoyed the pool and excellent service from the staff. Location out of town from Iguazu was inconvenient and meant that it was necessary to catch taxis into town. Closer to town would have been a better location. However when new road is complete this should help. |

Our stay was excellent. The breakfast was very rich ad the staff very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the spa including massage and water circuit. The staff was very helphull and friendly! I can recommend ths hotel to everyone. Two little remarks. The food in the hotel restaurant wasn't that good and unfortunately you can can't use the sauna without booking ad paying the spa. |

The staff were very professional the room was beautiful and peaceful, real value for my money. I loved going to the falls and being in the jungle. It was a pleandored holiday and I wish we had spent more time at this resort. It was just the toilet which smelt and needed a good scrub, once we had washed it out with powder soap, it was fine. Everything was real five star standard. |

The hotel was in the jungle, and you can't only take at taxi into the hotel. But it was perfectly away from the highway. The staff was really sweet and helpful. The breakfastbuffet was very good. Wifi was only in the lobby and it was very expensive to get laundry. |

the bedrooms are good The hotel failed in many respects and not worth what it costs. Initially it is far from the tourist spots and no offers transportation only taxis, doesn't has recreational activities only a pool, charges for the sauna, dinner menu very expensive (fixed: 33 dollars/person) and has no agency to offer tourist trips. The administration is disorganized. They changed my room without my permission. When I arrived at my room there was luggage of others people and all my belongs were transferred to a lower category room without my consent, a shame!! |

Hotel is located in a magical place. Rooms nice. Wonderful pools system. Courteous and pleasant service Courteous and pleasant service, but there is room for improving the level of professionalism. Good breakfast - but dinner (especially the buffet) need improvement. Uneasy access to the hotel - expected improve within few months |

Beautiful, relaxed, serene environment. Excellent spa, gourmet food at affordable prices, The dirt road that leads to hotel makes it inconvenient and out of the way, not to mention dangerous when wet (taxi skidded). The hotel should provide free shuttle service to their guests at least twice daily to iguazu falls national park, to the puerto iguazu centro, and airport transfers. The taxi service they use are on their premise and charge more than regular taxis. |

Once we arrived they bumped us up to a Villa, which was very beautiful. It was a great location for relaxation and nature. It was only 15 mins from Iguazu falls. We really enjoyed staying here, and would recommend this to other people. There are 2 restaurants in this hotel. One which is next to the pools is not really good at all for dinner, while the other was good. They can improve on their restaurants though. |

The location is absolutely marvelous, and the rooms (we had one with balcony) are great (very spacious). The setup of the hotel is very nice. Ask for Wilson (or Laura, his wife) if you need a taxi driver. An absolutely lovely couple for driving you around and they know a lot about the surroundings.Although we did not use the spa, it had a very nice atmosphere and it looked great. Unfortunately the food was of very bad quality and the hotel is desperately in need for a manager in charge of the restaurants who can train the staff in efficiency (after all it's a very luxury hotel...). Nevertheless the staff was very friendly. Better go for dinner to the village. Ask Wilson the taxidriver to show you the restaurants.(we liked Bocamorra, nice location at the river). The swimmingpools were not clean enough and were not maintained during the day, which was necessary as there were all kind of trees (in and) around the pool; a lot of leaves and insects fall into the water during the day). Be in time at the pool if you want to sunbath, as there are not enough beds when the hotel is full. |

The location of the hotel is really great, not easy to reach (only by taxi over a bumpy road) however when you are there it really is a great place to be. The pools are great. The food was very average. Not a very good quality and not enough diversity. I also found it strange that you have to pay to use the sauna. |
