Excellent location in Iguazu for visiting the Argentine and Brazilian side of the Iguazu water falls. Very easy with hotel taxis to reach both sides, and Iguazu town itself - which is worth visiting once to see the viewpoint that allows you to see Argentina, Brasil and Paraguay. Staff in the hotel were friendly and attentive. Excellent service, great rooms and in the heart of the forest next to the river, away from the main road. Very peaceful, good swimming pools. The quality of the food was good. the choice at breakfast was very good. however, other meail choices were limited. For a 5* hotel the menu choices could have been more varied. the hotel was only 7 months old when we visited and hopefully the menus willi improve. The main restuarant has a good setting and excellent service, but if staying for more than 2 nights you would want more variety and definetly need to go to Iguazu or across the border to Foz de Iguacu in Brasil.Overall though excellent value for money. |

The hotel is brand new and beautifully designed. It has everything that you would want and more. The hiking trails on the sides provided an extra bit of adventure. There is a trail that leads to the river which overlooks Brazil (about 15-20 mins) and more extensive trails through the surrounding jungle. The location is fine to Iguazu Falls and the hotel cabs take you there for $80 pesos (about 20USD). They also pick you up for the same price from the airport. The pools are beautiful and a great way to relax at the end of a long day at the falls. The staff tries hard to go out of their way. The rooms themselves are great, huge bathtub, modern rain shower, beautiful wood furniture. The steak knifes need to be sharper. It was a work out to eat a steak. |

What a wonderful hotel. Beautiful design, lovely staff, great pools and a good restaurant in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are very nice too, design. I will recomment everybody to stay here, at least 2 or 3 day while visiting the Iguazu falls. |

The location and the facilities are great, very good breakfast and nice staff. Brand new hotel in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant menu was a little bit poor for dinner but with very good meals. |

A localização na selva, a dimensão e a localização da piscina, o tamanho dos quartos. Wi-fi apenas no hall e não funcionou durante toda a estadia embora fosse divulgado que sim - funcionários incapazes de resolver o problema. Bar e piscina fecham cedo. Impossivel tomar algo depois das 8 junto à piscina. Serviço pouco profissional e pouco atento. Electricidade falha frequentemente. Erros de construção: jacuzzi exterior mal localizado, exposto aos vizinhos e com acesso escorregadio, chuveiro colide com a porta do mesmo, janelas de aluminio ineficientes e constrastantes com as restantes madeiras, arestas "vivas" por todo o lado incl. na piscina. |

Me encanto la ubicación en plena selva, su decoración calida y acojedora y sus excelentes vistas desde el lobby, bar o puente colgante. Se respetó el entorno en la construccion en todo lo posible. El personal del hotel es muy amable. No hay disponibilidad de movilidad hacia la ciudad o el aeropuerto, solamente taxis y son muy caros. Deberia haber un shuttle gratuito del hotel hacia distintos destinos. |

De locatie was prachtig middenin de wildernis,echt ontzettend mooi opgezet allemaal. De hele entourage en aankleding was echt fantastisch! Vond het ook erg romantisch,echt een aanrader. Het diner was niet best dat viel ons erg tegen,maar als ze er een andere kok in de keuken nemen moet dat goed komen. (ontbijt was goed verzorgd) De kamer rook wat muf door de hoge vochtigheidsgraad daar maar in de massage ruimtes rook het heerlijk dus misschien kunnen ze daar wat aan doen. |

La situation au milieu de la forêt, l'architecture de l'hotel qui s'intègre parfaitement avec l'environnement, l'accueil très sympathique la difficulté de la piste de 2.5km pour accéder à l'hotel. Malgré les indications, il est difficile de trouver l'entrée de la piste la nuit |

Hotel situé en pleine jungle, chambres modernes et confortables à la décoration contemporaine, vastes salle de bains, piscines très agréables, restauration de qualité, personnel attentifs et compétents. L'accés par un chemin de terre est laborieux par temps de pluie. Prévoir un budget taxis conséquent. |

Locatie is fantastisch. Luxe & Comfort. Heerlijke Spa. Prachtige kamers. Je dient altijd gebruik te maken van taxi's, wij hebben dit echter niet als een probleem ervaren. |

L'hotel est parfaitement intégré au coeur de la forêt. C'est un havre de paix. Les équipements sont de très haute qualité: 3 piscines, 1 spa, 1 salle de fitness... Les chambres sont très spacieuses et d'une propreté irréprochable. Un seul mot à dire sur cet hotel: extraordinaire. Surtout à ne pas rater !! Seul point noir, l'absence d'un vrai bar à l'hotel... |

Er was een prima gevarieerd ontbijt waar je elke dag verschillende keuzes en niet snel verveelde.. Gratis internet. Kaarten afgegeven bij de receptie, zij verzekerden dat iemand van het hotel er voor zou zorgen dat ze zouden worden verzonden, deze kaarten zijn echter nooit in nl aangekomen. Vies en koud zwembad. Personeel sprak slecht Engels, hierdoor gingen bestellingen elke keer fout in het restaurant. Barpersoneel kon geen cocktails maken. Erg lange onverharde weg naar het hotel. Taxiservice duur, onhandig en vrijheid beperkend (je bent verplicht heen en terugweg met dezelfde chauffeur te nemen). Kamer niet elke keer goed schoongemaakt. |
