Incredible surroundings in the middle of the jungle. Very well maintained hotel, everything looks clean and spotless. Very good facilities.

When making the reservation in Booking, the room was offered as Smoking, but when we arrived at the hotel they told us that all the rooms were none smoking. The hotel is located a bit far from the route, and there is a lack of free transport to the route. Due to its isolated location, the only option is to have dinner in the hotel. Breakfast can be improved (quality of pastry and coffee). The main restaurant offered buffet dinner for two of the three nights that we stayed, and the quality and variety of food was not worth the price they were charging and they didn't give you the choice to have dinner a la carte in that restaurant, instead you had to go to the Bar where the offering was not as good. But nevertheless the food quality in general was good.

Lovely rooms in a safe jungle setting. Excellent taxi service - the driver will take you to the falls and meet you later to return toi the hotel. Similarly, on the last day, he will take you to the Brazilian side, look after your luggage while you visit the falls, then take you on to the airport, all at reasonable cost.

Food in the restaurants was just fine but not outstanding

The facilities are great.

The service overall was very poor overall, typical Argentinean attitude, will not go the extra mile to please the guests. Front desk personnel did not greet us well and was not prepared upon our arrival. We were being sent to a lower room, than the booked type. Comments were discussed with the shift manager.

I love the location in the middle of the jungle!

The air conditioning was not working during my stay! The hotel is in the middle of a indigen people reservation! To reach the hotel you have to drive about 3 km from the main road through the jungle and you can see very poor indigen people besides the road and it is a big contrast with the opulent luxury at the hotel. It is so sad!

Good value for money... Rooms are big and nicely decorated.

The pool looked like it was not well kept. Probably because the water comes from the river...

The lobby and views on the grounds are really impactful, really wow! The grounds and rope bridges between buildings make for great memories too. Staff at breakfast were attentive and the food quality / variety was very strong

Staff and service was too slow around the pool area. The hotel is missing a trick not to bring drinks to you whilst sunbathing on the loungers and providing a greater variety of snacks for lunch. The staff at reception should learn to show more care and interest in you and your stay. When we checked in and out, the girl said nothing to us except take our credit card.

Gorgeous setting in the jungle, beautiful pools with trees growing right up through them, lots of windows everywhere so you're seeing green everywhere you look. Winding paths and suspended bridges. Clean, modern, stylish, comfortable rooms with powerful air conditioning. Helpful staff. Plentiful taxis - no wait. Wonderful retreat.

Restaurant a bit pricy - food decent but not amazing. Because of jungle location, be prepared to pay for taxicabs to town and to the falls. 50-60 pesos to town, 200 to the falls round-trip.

The location was supurb. Great hotel and fantastic pool.

The pool bar staff ignored you and did not serve you, although we sat there, 10 mins and tried asking for a drink. Only once we sat in the restaurant did they attend to us. The room was not ready on check in at 2pm, we had to keep going back to reception to ask when the room would be available. We got in at 3 pm.

It is a very relaxing place, we enjoy swimming in the pool, late dinners on the terrace. We would recommend the place, highly.

The elevator on our building was broken for our whole 4 days stay.

Beautiful setting in the Iryapu Jungle. Great swimming polls. Ample, nicely styled room. Hammock provided in room to hang up on your balcony and relax! Staff very helpful with recommendations and arranging transportation.

We ate there one night and the food was pretty awful. We loved being surrounded by the jungle, but that also means you need to take a taxi or remise everywhere. Costs while we were there: 70 pesos roundtrip to city, 200 pesos roundtrip to the Arg side of the falls, 120 pesos to the airport.

The atmosphere, you'e surrounded by the jungle. You're in a luxury hotel, with swimming pools, spas, and dining. Iguazu Falls was a fantastic site to see, coming back to the hotel was really relaxing.

Maybe the fact you couldn't get into town very easily.
