El desayuno y la buena ateción del personal. El dia de salida al retornar del desayuno, a las 10:00 horas, estaban haciendo el aseo de la pieza con nuestro equipaje y documentos personales a la vista. Me parecio una falta de delicadeza por decir lo menos. |

Hotel bem localizado, instalações de primeiro nível (a exceção é o tamanho da pia dos banheiros), funcionários de recepção bem treinados e corteses, serviço de camareiras excelente. O serviço no café da manhã é um ponto fraco. Os garçons não olham para as mesas, são distraídos, inconsistentes no serviço, as vezes fazem bem, as vezes não estão nem aí. Parece que falta supervisão. Quando a supervisora está por perto, percorrem as mesas, tiram os pratinhos sujos, são prestativos. Quando a supervisora não está, ficam conversando uns com os outros distantes do que ocorre nas mesas; |

o quarto bem amplo, a decoração,a localização, o quarto 802 - sua janela dá para um pátio onde estão localizadas as máquinas de ar condicionado, isso faz um constante barulho de motor, um pouquinho desagradável! |

O local que é servido o café da manhã é muito agradável e bonito. Poderiam transferir o restaurante para este lugar, pois o mesmo fica escondido num andar abaixo do térreo. Achei um pouco caro, considerando o valor total com as taxas, ou seja, US$ 877,00 para as cinco diarias o total foi de R$ 1666,30. É comum vermos um serviço de cortesia aos hospedes, na recepção dos hoteis, café e chá, bolachinhas a vontade, o qual fica disponivel quase o dia todo aos hospedes.Acho bem interessante este tipo de agrado. |
